Valir Physical Therapy - Duncan

The PT’s do a wonderful job. I overpaid after my first 3 sessions and figured it out after 9. I brought all my paperwork to show that I have paid for 1 sessions too many and that insurance will cove the rest. They told me policy says I will get my refund after all sessions are complete. We will see how much trouble it will be getting my money back. Hopefully no problem. I will let you know

I moved here a few weeks ago, and have had so much trouble trying to get me and my daughter in to physical therapy. But the day I called Valir, they immediately got us in! Casey and the front desk lady are both amazing people, and I’m so grateful for their help!

I love the atmosphere & environment @ Valir. Everyone has a great attitude & they enjoy being there & doing their job. They are compassionate, caring & kind. They have been great with me on my therapy. It is always a delight to walk in & watch these workers interact with everyone that comes through. I’ve seen nothing but good things from the staff.

After starting my therapy at home after knee replacement surgery, I transitioned to Valir outpatient therapy services. After completing my first week there I can say I am very happy with choosing to use them. It is a friendly experience from the minute you walk in the door. My therapist, Ryan, has been very supportive in pushing me to get the best results but supporting me along the way and not being harsh if I am unable to do something correctly the first time. The atmosphere is light hearted and fun. It makes the time go by quickly and takes your mind off how hard therapy can be.

The atmosphere and the smiles from all the employees, makes everyone not wanna miss their appointments. God bless you all.

Valir has a very calming atmosphere. As they work with you they give you a part in working at a pace that's comfortable for you as they challenge you in your progress. As you progress through your therapy you begin to feel like you're part of a family. They give you a feeling of people interested in you as a person not just a client. Alot if physical issues are effected emotionally and mentally. Valir takes your whole being into account in your recovery process. Very pleasant physical therapy experience.

I been referred to this Physical Therapy a couple of times by my doctor. Sometimes I was in more pain when I left and sometimes I was in less pain when I left but it has help me tremendously with my balance and strength. The staff there is awesome. They were all so helpful even in their busy times.

Everyone here works with you to get you back to the best possible you! From the receptionist to the therapy team, they are friendly, efficient and willing to answer questions! This is my third round of PT in the last 5 years and they are my first choice!
