Valencia Gardens Health Care Center

My mom had to stay here, and while she was here it was the best experience. Everyone was so kind and friendly. They took such good care of her too. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and if I had to, bring any family here again too.

I love this facility. They are so kind ,so clean the wound care is fantastic. They helped my mom in stage four wound back , they are awesome.

My mom was here only a month. Mom came there on or around 9/16/22.....she had bed sores.....she couldn't walk on her own it was hard getting her in and out of bed to bathe & do physical therapy. On October 24th I got the call that she passed away. I was there to pick up her belongings. I'm very surprised these guys are still in business...completely devastated.....

Mother was there for rehabilitation the experience was great a long with the smell of the place Cherry fragrance everywhere and always clean. Would like to thank Bonnie for calling and accepting my mom four stars for her. Now just to name a few people Donna the physical therapist five stars goes above and beyond, Shirley the CNA, nursing assistant five stars goes above and beyond really there is no words for her. Other supporting staff also Kayla RN, Elton physical therapist, thank you all for going above and beyond and other staff I did not name there was a lot of support and love we are grateful thank you.

This place was amazing. Very clean and nice. It was well kept and you could tell the staff there were happy and friendly. They answered all my questions and the tour was amazing.

We love this place. It's better than what we expected it to be. They have done a lot of upgrades, it was already fine before but the remodeling has made it even nicer. What we love the most is that the staff is really great with my mother. They totally get Alzheimer's, they have activities all the time, and they are at their level. They are very proactive, they notice things before we do. Even on paper this was the best option. We like that there are activities going on all the time. So my mother isn't just sitting in her room by herself all day. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The staff and admissions coordinator go above and beyond. They did everything for my mother. Their standards are right where they need to be. They are rated five stars for a reason.
