Vail Physical Therapy

I've had two difficult situations that were recommended for surgery; one for a knee and the other for a shoulder. Due to Jennifer's knowledge and efforts there has been significant improvement in both. Even better is the cheery outlook of the entire organization. Five and a half stars!!

Jennifer and the whole team at Vail Physical Therapy are amazing. I would not have recovered so quickly and thoroughly from knee replacement surgery without their help. Jennifer takes the time to explain how the body works and why certain exercises will be effective. I really appreciated knowing why she was having me do certain things. I will be doing my other knee soon and will definitely use VPT and Jennifer Martin again. Thank you!!

I recently visited this clinic for what I thought would be a comprehensive physical therapy session, but I left feeling completely scammed. I paid $150 for a session that lasted less than 25 minutes. Instead of receiving any actual therapy or massage, the therapist performed two quick tests and concluded that I didn’t have vertigo—something I already knew and had communicated to the clinic beforehand. I was expecting a thorough assessment and some form of treatment or guidance, but instead, I got almost nothing for an exorbitant price. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I felt like I was taken advantage of. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they expect to receive quality care for their money.

The best place for PT in the Valley. Jen and her team know their stuff. They have gotten me and my family through countless injuries (at least four shoulders, 3 ankles, a detached hamstring, tons of thrown out backs, hip pain, and more). I can't recommend them enough. They've always been quick to get me in and are flexible with scheduling.

Amazing experience! I am beyond thankful. I was in town briefly, prepping for a month long camping trip and found myself with intense low back pain. Stacey (front desk) was beyond helpful getting me scheduled and insurance verified. In one visit, jen was able to assess the situation, do some body work and gave me an exercise program and tips for travel. I feel exponentially have tools to manage on my own. She also offered up telehealth if I am in a jam. So thankful to have found Vail PT!
