Best place to get body maintenance and fix any body ailments! Glad I found them before my marathon race. Thought I wasn’t going to be able to race due to a knee injure caused by my scoliosis. Thanks to Dr. Josh and the rest of the team, I feel confident that I’ll be able to not only finish but enjoy my race! Now I’m definitely taking my whole family for maintenance. Strongly recommend them!

I think there are talented people here and I like their integrated approach. I have no doubt they have and will continue to help others. I am almost never the type to leave a bad review but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. I submitted an MRI for a previously stress fractured ankle and we went about trying to get movement back in that area. Two weeks and multiple thousands of dollars later my pain was much more intense and I had a second MRI. I showed the results to Vail Integrative who now had seen the reading for both MRIs and I was told the stress fracture had doubled in size and that I would likely need surgery. Today I meet with a Mayo Clinic Orthopedic who actually read both MRIs carefully. The second MRI not once alluded to the stress fracture, Vail Integrative was completely on autopilot making false and harmful reads. Much of the process at Vail Integrative seemed like autopilot to me and this was confirmed today when I saw someone who took more than a few minutes to actually review my results. So again, I’m certain my experience won’t be everyone’s but mine was not even sum zero, I was given completely wrong advice which stunned the doctor I met with today and hasn’t exactly made me feel good about my experience at Vail Integrative.

Dr. Joel and his associates have been the most helpful team of professionals I've ever worked with in the 10+ years of upper back and neck pain. I've seen at least a dozen chiropractors and a half dozen PTs, but to have them both in the same office collaborating on what has been a complicated problem to solve has been so amazing. This office has many tools at its disposal to help with what has been a stubborn history of back issues and I'm happy to say they have achieved more over 10-12 visits than I've been able to accomplish over 10 years!

I had been working with the massage and physical therapists and Dr. Joel for a couple of months now to help me recover from a bad back injury and all of the staff have been wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and everyone listened when I talked about my concerns and fears. They have been supportive and clear with treatment plans, they collaborate so they are all on the same page and they also stay in touch with my physician in case there is an issue that the doctor needs to address. I highly recommend everyone at this facility!

I would not even leave a star if I could. After being overly encouraged to book an appointment as soon as possible I was told that my insurance had not gotten back to them about my coverage. Before I booked my appointment I looked to see that they were a in service provider and called my insurance to see if I would be covered. Everything sounded great but I still wanted to know how much it would cost just in case. Of course I was denied this information even though I told the receptionist that I was not working a lot right now and was financially sensitive. She laughed at this with another waiting patron while I walked down the hall to get the service I would pay almost half of my next paycheck for. I do not recommend this deceptive business to anyone and if you do go then you should demand them to tell you the price of the service they will be providing. Good Luck!

Vail Integrative medical group was neither in Vail nor integrative. My intake was done by a lovely physical therapist but there was no mention of a multidisciplinary approach to my case as would be appropriate for an injury which would benefit from massage, possibly local cortisone injection, chiropractic and PT. When I asked the office manager if there was a doctor handling integrative management she said that theirs was retiring.

Vail Integrative Medical Group is has the perfect combination of a caring, educated and skilled staff coupled with the most personalized approach I have ever experienced. The team at VIMG is well versed the all of the types of therapy an individual could need whether for maintaining your body during the rigors of the physical activity we encounter living the "mountain lifestyle" of healing from traumatic injury or surgery as I did this past year. Dr. Joel, Dr. Mark, Dr. Jon, Dr. Phillip, Dave, Jackie and Adam have all worked together to repair me after ACL Reconstruction. The term "it takes a village" is truly the approach they have taken over the past 8 months with me. They have continually changed the program based on how I was responding, what tasks I was looking to tackle, set backs (or beatings I delivered to my body) and were able to get me back riding my horse in short order, mountain and road biking all summer and soon will be back on my skis. I can not say enough the treatment they offer and how they make their patients feel like part of the family. Wow! Where to start? I can easily say that I haven’t been anywhere as helpful and beneficial than VIMG. The entire team is incredibly smart, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the body, and just all around great people. I thoroughly looked forward to each visit! Honestly, it was very hard to stay away from there! I could continue to go on for awhile, thanks for changing my life! Nothing but love and gratitude for every single person there.
