They Cancelled my appointment day of after having to book two weeks out because the doctor I have seen before has decided they don’t want to be my doctor for some reason and told me I need to rebook with this other doctor that I have seen before. I don’t get it, maybe do your job better and stop being out of the office so much. If I had made an appointment with the wrong doctor that should have been caught way before 2 hours before I show up. Vail health is a joke.

This office charged $400 for a mental health visit! Not very affordable.

One of the most insensitive and incompetent visits I’ve ever had. If it’s for workers comp beware… It’s clear who they work for. They didn’t take anything I said seriously, and dismissed it all as they already had their mind made up about what was going on, despite multiple other points of key information. They did not offer any health care, and their advice was for me to switch professions and take ibuprofen (forever?). Solidified my lack of faith and trust in the health care system. Scam.

I was seen for two separate work related injuries and was treated quickly and professionally on both occasions. The staff was polite and expedient in processing my claims to resolve my issues.

They do the drug screenings for Beaver Creek employees and provide commercial drivers with licensing physicals.

If only they would answer the phone, or call back. Been trying for a week to schedule a physical for a job.

This practice suffer from negligence, medical misdiagnosis, and a complete lack of professionalism.
