Doctor Cesar Humberto García changed my daily life to healthier and happier since the first visit three years ago. Straight to the point, always considering the fármacos side effects, proactive vision scheduling tests in advance for possible sicknesses and plenty of time to read me between the lines. After Doctor García gave the first prescription he told me: “At this point of your life you health is going to get better but, if it’s go down it will be harder for me to bring you back, so please help me…TAKE YOUR MEDICINE!!

Arrived early for an appt today in 3b. Was told I would have to wait an hour and could clearly see by the waiting room how busy they were. My husband was in the hospital at University having a procedure and I wanted to get back to him. After 46 minutes I let the lady at the desk know I could see how busy they were and would like to reschedule. The lady tech came out immediately to let me know that just because no one wasn't in the waiting room didn't mean they weren't busy. I could clearly see that my appt was not a priority. I let the nice tech know I would reschedule.

This place is awesome! The staff are all very attentive. A special shout out to Joniara Jones in the General and Plastic Surgery clinic. She was very sweet and attentive. She lights up a room. Thank you for caring.😊

Dr. Eleni Okeanis Vaou did NOT listen or, even try, to understand my medical condition & the problems it causes. Try & find someone else besides her to see. Your first appt with her, she will probably turn you around. Waste of money & time.

This is the only University/UT Health facility that actually gets you in and out quickly and courteously. I’ve gone in for labs twice now and the first one they needed like 30 test tubes, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, no appointment. Came in yesterday for labs and same thing, in and out and the staff is very courteous and HELPFUL! Thank god for these people! I was almost ready to give up on my specialty care because of the Robert B Green Campus lab. I drove there on three separate occasions (I live 40 miles away) and was unable to get my labs done due to their terribly slow service. They act like they’re doing you a favor by giving you a minute of their time. But not this location! I will be coming here EVERY time I need labs, which is usually every three months. THANK YOU!!! You guys are awesome!!!

Sydney Henderson at the MARC inside Dr. Chen's office is the perfect accompaniment to his very effective team. She is at once reassuring and efficient. I was glad to have her as my first point of contact. After her professionalism, the entire encounter is what I hope all my future Drs appointments will be like. Thank you for hiring her.

Had unbearable pain that was not addressed at another facility but here at UT Health I was given quick professional care. From the time I parked my car to the time I left, everyone treated me patiently and graciously. Dr Marc Deschaine took such care to exam me, and explain in full detail what was needed to treat my condition . As an elder person, I've had many experiences with medical doctors and facilities and none come close to the level of care UT Health Medical offers. Grateful a family member recommended them otherwise I would still be in line somewhere else waiting for treatment. Thank you UT medical care.

This is specifically for the specialty office: I cannot believe they treat people in good conscious the way they treat their patients. If you and your loved ones have an option, I would urge you to seek out another rheumatology clinic. The wait list is six months long to start with. Then when my appointment came up they rescheduled it to a video appointment. My last appointment they had also made a video appointment and I’ve had numerous other video appointments within the system. In the past they have always had a secretary or nurse call and let me know the dr was ready for the video appointment, or (this happened more often) the software didn’t work so they’d just connect the dr on the line. After waiting over six months to finally have an appointment, only to have them change it to video appointment, I get a call 30 minutes after my appointment time to tell me that I have been cancelled and charged as a no call no show. What? I had been waiting by my phone for the past hour to receive the drs call or a call from the office with instructions to login to the app. Nope. They just canceled. Apparently I was supposed to log in to the app 20 minutes before my appointment and leave the app open. Ok, we’ll that seems a bit silly when they could have just called me when they were ready so it didn’t drain my phone battery. So I asked if I could just speak to the dr over the phone. Nope. He’s in an appointment. Apparently he had been in the appointment during my appointment time, so he couldn’t have even talked to me during my appointment time. If this is hard to follow, I don’t blame you. Logic does not seem to exist when working with this office. Also, usually this doesn’t bother me but when you’ve been waiting 6 months for an appointment, only to have it cancelled and blamed on you, being called hun by the receptionist really got under my skin. It’s so condescending. Please, please, please, go somewhere else, you’ll get better care and it’ll be less of a hassle.
