USA Sports Medicine Miami Lakes is the best of the best. The entire team is elite and beyond that, they are all amazing people. I tore my Achilles tendon 8 months ago and did 6 months of physical therapy/rehab at the Miami Lakes location. I worked primarily with Zach, Stefan, Morgan and Russ and they have helped me become a stronger, more explosive athlete post injury compared to pre injury. Their knowledge on the human body and care are second to none and they provide a positive, nurturing environment that amplifies one’s drive to be better. I am extremely thankful for the entire staff for helping me through this process!! I couldn’t have done it without them!!

I was involved in a car accident, which resulted in a patella fracture. After surgery, USA Sports was recommended by the surgeon. Zach was very professional and explained all the procedures and therapies needed to get back to 100%. I would recommend this facility 100%. Zach created a welcoming environment during my physical therapy sessions, which made them enjoyable even though I faced challenges due to my ACL tear a year ago. He is not only highly skilled in his profession but also displays genuine compassion and concern for the well-being of his patients. I love this place! I had torn my upper right arm ligaments years ago and it was getting worse- I had poor arm movement, so I couldn't raise my hand above my shoulder height without pain or semi popping the shoulder out of place. My physical therapist Zach has been treating this now for a few months and the the results have been amazing! Zach's is a fountain of knowledge in physical therapy and he is quite willing to patiently explain what is being done and why. That helps a lot with motivation to stay focused and stay the course. While I still have a ways to go, my arm motion has increased, I can now lift weights and have only minor discomfort on that shoulder. The techniques used are varied and designed to increase blood flow, relieve tension, fortify muscles and increase mobility. Trust me, for someone that's my age that is really important. The work out equipment as well as the equipment used for treatment or for testing is modern. The personnel here all strive to give you support and in general it is a warm and comfortable place to heal. Stop by and you will know why I said, I love this place!

I am very grateful for the care I’ve received from Stefan and Zach as I recover from surgery on my broken wrist. In addition to being very knowledgeable, thorough and effective, I have found them to be caring and encouraging. I am three weeks post surgery and have already regained a lot of my mobility. They’re top notch physical therapists and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comprehensive PT program.
