Can't get anyone to answer the phone. If you leave a msg, they may or may not call you back. If you say anything about the length of time it took for a return call you get spoken to very rudely. Even when you have days left on your insurance referral, receptionist won't set up additional appts while you get an extension on your doctor's ordered visits. Was a good place until Encore purchased from USA. Now the physical therapist are understaffed and it's extremely hard to get an appt that works with your schedule.

Nobody acknowledge that you here make you wait almost 30 minutes before they even come out what point in making a appointment. But if you are late they charge you are cancel your appointment. I wouldn't recommend this therapy group to a dog.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and patient friendly! The front desk is very responsive and catering to patients needs. I have had an overall exceptional experience!

My rehab specialist was very sensitive to the state of my pain from day to day, maximizing the benefits of therapy without doing further injury.
