If you didn't have an infection when you got here you will when you leave. This is after 11 days. Not one floor was mopped and the thing that they put the IV needles or needles in is totally full. You're lucky if you get a clean blanket and you're even lucky if you get to sleep with the blanket with your bile on it. I am totally disgusted. My baby deserves better than this even though he doesn't have insurance. He is a human being and he's dying of cancer and he has to sleep on a green pillowcase, etc

I’m giving a 2star rating bcuz I believe that Dr Numair Ehtsham really cared to solve my issue but do to medical guidelines, his hands were tied. Otherwise I wld give negative stars. Everything he wanted to try, the attending turned it down, however I took what he told me and was able to get some relief. However the rest of the staff from receptionist to fast track were unprofessional. The receptionist was on her phone on speaker and I waited before being spoken too then when she had to put my wrist band on she act like it was an inconvenience to have to leave her phone. Nurses in fast track laughing and making fun of patients. Is this high school or a hospital? There was dried blood running down the chair they expected me to sit in. I ended up on the floor on a blanket I brought in for three hours….i told the nurse about the blood she said I’m used to it..yeah but I’m not..didn’t clean it or anything. Overall the best part of the nursing staff was left on the sheets during conception. Don’t go here.

One receptionist was a lil rude in the ER,but once you get transferred to be with your patient, it's a total difference! The nurses on floor 9 are so awesome and very very attentive with your patient, and one of the nurses who they called " mama " can't remember her name, she is outstanding, food In the cafeteria is great and you get what you paid for, they need better plates for the burgers other than that it's good

Furious!!!!! My dad was in Outpatient Surgery for an ultrasound and biopsy. The orderly was rude when speaking to me before escorting my dad from the lobby to the procedure area. I was told that my only means of communication would be my cell phone. That was fine. HOWEVER, I sat in the lobby for 3 hours and 20 minutes with absolutely no communication from anyone. A woman walked up to the reception area and as she turned her back and flicked her hand in a feeble attempt to wave goodbye announced , “It’s 2:00 and I’m gone. If you need anything, go see the lady at the main entrance.” Woman at the main entrance didn’t even know where to direct us for an ultrasound when we first arrived so therefore I was not going to reach out to her again. I understand that we now live in a world of heightened security with metal detectors , personal scanning and all that life now entails but especially at a hospital where loved ones are already concerned and usually stressed over where the next cancer is going to appear; have we lost all sense of common courtesy and human kindness?? Situations such as this should NEVER happen! 3 hours and 20 minutes with no update, no phone call from anyone!! Rude! Disrespectful! Uncaring! That is what your next billboard should say! And, I have a very close friend who had a similar experience 2 weeks ago so this is not an isolated incident.

I’ll give 3 stars for the people caring for my mother but the girl at the front answering the phone needs to find her a new job. She’s rude and disrespectful and will hang up in your face. This is not how you treat family members checking on their loved ones. If the roles were reversed I guarantee she would take to kindly to being hung up on. I will be reporting this to the top. I hope she find a job she likes because working with the public aint for her.

I recently was admitted to this hospital for surgery after suffering a stroke on August 13,th 2024. The staff and nurse's were simply awesome, and I would like to thank everyone and to let them know they are appreciated! And there was one nurse there ( nurse Julianne) who will always be remembered for her caring heart, and professional work habit's in taking care of me while I was there ! And as I told her before I left, that when someone cares it shows, and unfortunately when they don't care it shows as well,so nurse Julianne, from my heart, thank you for caring your light shines bright and you are an asset to USA and you will be remembered, thank you from me, my wife, and my family..,Alvin f caudill.

We went through an adoption with USA women's and children's. From the very caring ob, Dr. Goblowski, to the amazing night staff who cared for us, the birth mother, and the baby with such kindness, we were very impressed with this hospital

On 8/4/2024 was told to report to the ER. After an hour or more in a broken wheelchair my sister was instructed to wheel me over to the hospital side as she is 73 years old , on a cane and has Parkinson's to hospital side up a small hill to the entry door. Had a second surgery on my back and in recoveryi kept telling the only nurse there that my right eye was hurting bad and right cheek was burning. she took a quick look and said she didn't see anything as I was crying out that my face was burning. Taken back to my room a few minutes later , my two sister's waiting on me to return from surgery said I had a black eye and a gash on on cheek.. pictures were taken. Later that night at 1Am I called for
