USA Health Tillman's Corner Primary Care

I'm super weird about Drs in any setting, but they made me feel so comfortable! They were beyond thorough, and laughed along the way. From the receptionist, to the student, and dr were phenomenal!! Can't find enough positive words to describe my experience. We travel alot so sometimes we have ro find different family dr.s... Definitely found the right place!

Nurse practitioner hodges is very friendly, non judgemental, was very understanding and helpful. Made for a very pleasant doctor visit. She also will listen and treat you like a person and not another patient

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by the nurse practitioner. I told her I have pain in 5parts of my body. I also told her I needed a refill on my pain med. The Dr would have to do my refill. I asked if she would ask the doctor and she said no So I have been in severe pain for weeks.

I have been a patient here for over a year and got all my records transferred here. My original doctor switched locations and was told it was no problem that I could see someone else for a visit and get my medication refilled. I told them which medication I was due for and they scheduled my appointment. I get to my appointment and see the nurse and she wasn't able to refill my medication and neither could any doctor. I took off from work and don't have insurance which I told them when I scheduled my appointment. I've been on my medication for 4 years now and have my records there so not sure why it's such an issue. Last time I was off my medication I had terrible side effects which is what I have been dealing with . I don't recommend this place if you want a healthcare provider that actually cares about you and your mental health!

This is by far my family and I’s favorite place to go for all our medical needs. We could go anywhere for care, but you can’t find the AMAZING staff like this clinic. They are always so helpful! Andrea is one of the best nurses I’ve had the pleasure of seeing and Leslie never lets me down and is always there to help with any questions or concerns that we may have! They all go ABOVE and BEYOND for us. That is extremely rare and practically unheard of these days!

I am new to Alabama and I am not associated with anyone really. I have been taking care of a guy that has this group as his primary care physician. I went into the office today for the first time ever and I realized something. The guy I take care of has a bad outlook on people in general. Woman seams to be low on his idea of something special to him and he is constantly threatening me over nothing. But I figured out that his opinion doesn't count because he has a low opinion of everyone and women is at the top of that list. I found the resptionist to be very helpful and nice. Everyone I delt with seams to be a professional and seam's to be well informed. Office is tidy and well taken care of. People are friendly. If I did have a doctor I liked I would go to this group for my medical Care. JL has a low view about everything but I think that they have a good practice. It's definitely a doctor's office to consider. Thanks for being there. Linda wells

The doctor is great however the front desk does not schedule appointments correctly. I was told my appointment was 4 and I was told to call to be swabbed under the awning and I was exactly 5 minutes late. And was told i’d have to reschedule when there was absolutely no other patients in the parking lot. I saw only one car in the parking lot. And they had me on hold forever until I was hung up on. I think that she just didn’t wanna have to do anything.

They were very welcoming and curious. The took time to really listen to me and understand what I was explaining to him. We came up with a plan together. The nurses were very polite. I would recommend Dr. MORIN to any one.
