US Rehab - Lathrup Village

I am happy with the staff and knowledge and professionalism of all members I have worked with from the front desk to PT, PTA and PTTs. They make it a comfortable environment and are sure you are working to your goal. And a little humor mixed in was a nice touch!

Unfortunately this place has no consideration for your time. They can't keep appointments because of all the walk ins. Be prepared to wait. And wait. Honestly you don't have to stick to your appointment. Show up whenever is what I hear them say. The staff is constantly leaving this establishment to find other work. This is supposed to be a healthy place and all they have is sugary highly processed food options. I would recommend going to any other rehabilitation establishment if you value your time. This place is asking its staff to get people to review this business. Just an FYI

The rehabilitation team is great! They work together to help you receive the best care. They are professional and make you feel like family. I enjoy my PT appointments. When I leave I always feel much better.

Wonderful place to do physical therapy! The staff is so kind, caring and helpful! The atmosphere is always clean and professional! I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else during my recovery ❤️‍🩹! They have a way of making you look forward to coming to physical therapy and I absolutely love them for that!

I love all the staff. My physical therapist is Chloe and she has helped me get much better. Cool atmosphere, clean ans well kept.

US Rehab in Lathrup Village has been Super Fantastic to me. I've been here twice. Once for Physical Therapy with Chloe, who did Great job on my very stiff neck. My neck is in Great shape now. Plus, Chloe is very nice and I enjoyed working with her. Now I am in Occupational Therapy for neuropathy of the hand and working with Brittney and she is a joy to work with. She is doing a very good job. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I would recommend them and I would come back if I need future Therapy. Great Job!!! 👍🏽

Best PT/OT team I’ve ever had help me to recover. Hands down the friendliest and most professional demeanor of everyone at US Rehabilitation! Bravo!

I've been ti a few different Physical Therapy sites including a couple of other us rehab and this one is definitely my favorite. Everybody is very fun but also extremely professional and the exercises and stretches they have me do is really helping me. I've been injured for about a year and this is the first time I feel like I'm actually going to get better.
