UrgentOrtho - Simi Valley

Broke my wrist last year and was referred by urgent care to head here. Staff was ultra friendly and helpful. Felt very well taken care of. 10/10 👍

I was in a car accident and went in to have my neck, shoulder, and knee checked out. I was seen by 2 doctors, including a spine specialist, and they were great. They talked me reading through the x-rays and gave great advice on how to help with pain. They even have me scheduled for follow up.

I was afraid I had cracked my hand from a fall I took and went in to urgentortho. They took me right away and was so kind and caring. Luckily no fractures or break. I definitely recommend to everyone URGENTORTHO, they give you the best care possible.

We took my son in to their urgent care before closing time and they were very accommodating. From the person on the phone, the receptionist, medical team, we couldn’t say enough nice things about the experience. They took x-rays and the PA on call went through them with us and answered all our questions. He gave us options for the next steps to take and they even had a brace on hand for us to purchase.

I have been a patient at Ventura Ortho for 5 years. My doctor was booked for 2 weeks so the front office suggested I come to the urgent care. She pre registered me and told me to arrive at 4:45. I filled out a few more forms, had X-rays, saw a very pleasant Dr Olson who reviewed my X-rays and did a full exam of my leg. Luckily all I had was a pulled hamstring. She prescribed a muscle relaxer and therapy. I was on my way home in less than 45 minutes. This office never disappoints! From the front office, assistants, PA’s and doctors. They are the best!

My knees were killing me and I was referred here, from my Drs. Appointment which was a little ways off. Man I’am glad they did. They saw me almost right away. Took X-rays and then fully explained my situation. They went over all my options in great detail and we’re able to help me out with temporary relief. The staff was very compassionate as well as Kelly she was very understanding and took the time, to reassure me, that in time it was going to get better. I highly recommend them.

Do not go here with Medi-Cal unless you have a referral from your primary care doctor. They don’t take Medi-Cal walk ins. And if you just got assigned to medi-Cal like I did, you won’t have a primary care doctor yet.
