I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care! Despite being the last appointment, the doctor was attentive and made us feel like a priority. The whole staff was wonderful, and the facility was clean and comfortable. Five stars all the way!

Good, efficient and fast. I have seen two excellent physicians there. They went above and beyond to see me through an acute condition and make recommendations for ongoing care. They put my mind at ease about using Urgent care. I am away from home due to a family emergency.

Went to Urgent Care in Sonoma to get my plugged ears flushed. Did a great job and I can hear again! Very clean facility and nice staff. Wonderful resource in our little town.

wow! everyone was warm, kind and efficient. we where able to get an appointment within an hour. went with 4 issues, all addressed and on the road to resolution. we are so lucky to have this urgent care in sonoma.

In my visit today the staff at Urgent Care helped me quickly, efficiently, competently, and compassionately. Each of the two NAs plus the PA gave me confidence and comfort with their care for my superficial wound. This is not my first visit to Urgent Care and I will not hesitate to visit again if I have a need. They provide a valuable trusted resource in our community.

I went to Urgent Care in Sonoma the day after being hit by a car while walking to my car in the CVS parking lot. I was checked out by EMT's the day of, but wanted to have a second check by a Doctor. Dr Ahwah confirmed my thoughts that even though I had a few aches and pains, I was going to be fine. He gave me some stretches to do for my aching back, and referrals I could use for a Physical Therapist if needed as well as therapeutic massage (definitely needed). He was attentive, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed when I left. I highly recommend Urgent Care in Sonoma if you don't need to go to the ER, but want a timely resolution to your medical needs.

I was very impressed with the team that helped me. I went in with cyclical vomiting and other issues. They gave me an IV promptly and anti-nausea medication. The office was clean and it feels safe.

Super unprofessional and they don’t know what they are doing. I don’t know how they have so many stars. I have shallow veins but never struggled to give blood. I told the nurse/ phlebotomist I was starting to feel sick several times and still continued to look for a vein in my hand. But they failed to take blood from me for the Natera panorama and ruined the only tubes I had and didn’t have replacements. And sent me home with my blood and didn’t properly dispose of it when I asked what I’m even supposed to do with them. They didn’t even apologize or seem remorseful for their lack of knowledge when taking blood samples. They thought they were able to re puncture the testing tubes after not getting enough blood the first time. Soo much more happened during this visit. Highly disappointed and a very traumatized.
