Urgent Care of Fairhope

This was a wonderful experience here. I woke up so sick and my own Drs office would not see me. They said they were too full already and if I was still sick Monday I could try again. Ha. So I came to Urgent care of Fairhope Friday afternoon. Very easy to check in and all for my first time there. Me being so sick everyone was very helpful and kind to me. I came back a week later for a recheck and everyone was just as nice and helpful as the first visit. I highly recommend this clinic.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The waiting time was minimal, and the facility was clean and well-organized. The healthcare professionals were attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Fairhope for anyone in need of prompt and professional medical attention.

Amanda the nurse there was amazing. I'm not an easy patient when it comes to needles, she was kind and gentle. The front desk staff were helpful and kind too. Will definitely go back.

I can’t say enough about this urgent care. We were traveling in Gulf Shores and were very far from our doctors back home. My daughter became quite ill and it was becoming serious. The front staff was nice and efficient. And the intake nurse, Amanda, saw us shortly after we got there. She sensed my anxiety about the situation and bent over backwards to get us seen quickly. She was so great! Tyler was the NP who saw us and she was also amazing. She is a former pediatric ICU nurse and I immediately felt at ease with her. She knew what to ask and I could tell she was quite knowledgeable. We left with the assurance that we could call, if needed. I can’t say enough about these people and highly recommend them. Fairhope is quite lucky to have them.

The experience was great, comforting and informative. I plan on using this urgent care from now on. Also they were very efficient, we walked in and by the time we finished the paperwork we were called in and taken very good care of.

I received great care here from a very kind and knowledgeable staff! The facility is sparkling clean as well. Casey is a saint from stomach bug heaven. This is the only time in my life I have had an urgent care experience that was not a nightmare. 10 stars ⭐️

I had my first experience here this past weekend and every person I came in contact with was amazing! From the sweet girl at the front desk to each, and every nurse, as well as the nurse practitioner, I saw Casey, it was a top-notch experience! If you are ever in need of a great urgent care, you should definitely come here!

From front desk to x-Ray to bloodwork to Nurse Practitioner, Anna, this place is the best! Professional, punctual, informative and NICE! I’ve found my place for all of my medical needs!
