Amazing service. They took such good care of me, and were so compassionate. I can't thank them enough.

Be very careful about this facility and ask in advance about costs. My daughter went in for a cut on her finger. A nurse spent 10 minutes gluing it shut. Our insurance was billed for $4,416 by Dignity Health and Ridgeline Physicians who Dignity hires - each billing for the same service. They bill independently and rejected any bill appeal quickly. They billed like they were an emergency room and not an urgent care facility. My insurance is now disputing on our behalf. Their billing is abusive. Ask price before accepting service if possible.

went on a Wed evening.. urgent care nurse pediatrician was rude… talked to me like a child when she didnt like my judgment or something I said. go to people in a nicer area who might understand professionalism/ ethics better or stick to your people’. belitting or judging is a hell of a drug. ALSO if u believe in holistic drs stick to holistic opinions

I came in on a Sunday because it was the only place that was opened due to Hurricane Hillary. We were in the middle of a hurricane, winds, possible flooding etc. Despite this, I was treated with the utmost respect. I came in for two follow ups and every time, I was treated so well by the staff, the medical assistants, the nurses, the doctors. They listened to me, accommodated me, acted like they really cared and respected me. In short, they treated me with dignity. They really lived up to the name of their organization. Great job, Dignity Health team! I'm quite touched by the quality treatment you gave me.

I called at 9am on a Saturday they said it would be an hour wait. The receptionist was very helpful looking up my insurance right on the call to make sure I was covered. I made adjustments to my insurance and arrived at 945am. There was only 1 other person in the waiting room and no need for appointment. They did my intake paperwork right away, had me seen by an LVN at 10am then the Dr at 1010am. Very nice people, clean, modern office and rooms, got an x-ray within 5 min of talking to the Dr about my symptoms, results were fast too. Dr spoke clearly, gave me great suggestions and medication. Also Dr requested an urgent ultrasound I could do at the imaging clinic in the same parking lot. I went there right after I left here, got my ultrasound right away because they made it a STAT order. Very convenient and got answers for my next steps including the ultrasound done all within 2 hours of walking in to this Urgent Care. Very happy with my service!

If I could give a zero, I would. My daughter is a student at CSUN and went in really sick. She forgot her ID. I understand why they need it. What I don’t understand is the unfriendly attitude of the receptionists that I called and spoke to about my daughter. I live 2 hours away. My daughter has never gone to urgent care on her own and the receptionists should not be working with the public. Have some compassion!!!! Just unprofessional and not the career for her!!!!!! You lost a customer but I doubt she cares since it’s no money out of her pocket.

My daughters have been sick for almost a week now. Cough and runny nose. But everything changes, It is Sunday and my 3 year old is complaining and crying of an ear ache behavior is not normal so I know she needs to be seen. It’s almost 5pm and they close at 6pm but it’s only a 10 min drive. I call to find out if they take our insurance or not. the gentleman who answers checks and confirms they do. I rush in by this time it’s almost 5:30ish they made everything so easy checked us in and we see the dr within minutes. Everyone was super friendly despite us being in there so last minute. I should add tomorrow is Labor Day and so I can’t wait for an appointment because my baby is in pain, I need her to be seen today. Turns out she needed meds and I was right she has strep and ear infection. Thank you to the amazing staff who helped us get some much needed relief and sleep tonight.

I could give a zero, honestly they don't know, if a patient needs a surgery or if it can be healed with just a splint. This is ridiculous and there's no point of going to an urgent care, when they can't even advise correctly. Spending 75$ of co-pay just for a splint and suggestion to use an Ibuprofen? I just wish someone could sue them!!!
