I've had 5 back surgeries throughout the years due to work injury. I've been to a few different pain doctors throughout the years that in my opinion tended to settle with the fact that there's not much more that can be done but use pain pills to deal with my pain. I've been seeing Dr. Urban and his staff for several years now and actually have found relief from the pain because of what Dr. Urban has been able to do for me and continues to do. I've always felt comfortable with seeing Dr. Urban, not only because i think he does great work but also because of the professional staff he has on hand. They've always been respectful and helpful. You won't be sorry unless you don't go see Dr. Urban.

Dr. Urban listens to patient concerns and addresses them. Adam exceeds expectations regarding customer assistance. Demonstrating the upmost professionalism, he guides patients through the absolutely confusing insurance company guidelines addressing patient concerns along the way. The young lady that works the front desk is always a pleasure. The young lady that preps patients for surgery is kind. My chronic pain was taken seriously. I was heard by Doctor Urban. The nursing staff is incredibly kind and checked in on me the day after both procedures. I had an initial appointment followed by two procedures all within 8 days. I am beyond ecstatic and truly shocked at how quickly they got me in and treated my pain. I have never been treated so quickly or so kindly. Doctor Urban also had phenomenal bedside manner. He made me laugh many times but also repeatedly made sure I was ok during the procedures. I think that he truly is an exceptional doctor. After years of pain I have hope of being able to live a pain free life. I couldn’t be happier with every part of their services and how exceptionally kind they are. I am so grateful for this experience.

Went for a visit to discuss options. Immediately the dr went to surgery and implanting a device. Basically 1/2hour visit for $925. Very expensive for a sales job.

I have suffered with severe neck and upper back pain for 10 years. I have tried many different therapies, to include; chiropractor, trigger point therapy, massage, and physical therapy. None of these have been totally effective. In 2022 my husband suggested that I see Dr. Urban base on his successful treatment. Working with Dr. Urban I have been able to reduce the pain and he and his staff have been caring, professional and have provided consistent patient support. The follow-up that I receive from Urban Pain Institute is superior to any physician office and I am able to schedule appointments and necessary procedures in a timely manner.
