I have gone to other places for PT and was disappointed: left alone a lot and unfriendly staff. This place is excellent. The staff was attentive, supportive, and very professional. The aids and therapists introduced themselves, were with me all of the time, increased the exercises as I progressed, and helped me get better fast. Staff that I worked with on previous days called me by name and were encouraging even when they were not assigned to me. The office staff were great and knew me by name from the first day. I could not have asked for better service.

I got a letter from my doctor with this company chosen as my PT facility. Highlighted it stated "they would contact me". The letter was dated 01/03/22 it is now 02/18/22 and I haven't heard a thing. These so called "medical" people don't care if you are in pain and it also BS with the insurance company because I believe I have a pinched nerve yet the insurance company won't pay for a MRI unless you do the PT first. Just drag everything out.

The actual rehab service was fantastic. I had Sam, she was amazing. All of the staff was super helpful and respectful can’t speak highly enough of them… My beef is with the billing department. I’m a Bartender Covid hasn’t exactly been nice to us, and I know my insurance isn’t great. Which is why I tried to be proactive about it. I stopped three times while I was going there (about once a week). I asked if I owed them money… The answer was always No.. but I kept asking. Even explicitly said at one point that my insurance isn’t great and that I’m pretty sure I owed them money. I was assured that I did not owe them money… Only to be slapped with an OVERDUE bill for over a thousand dollars after I stopped going. Now I have no problem paying for the services they provided me… But I could afford to pay it a little at a time. Not all at once which is why I asked so many times… As far as I am concerned this should be illegal. Your billing desk explicitly told me I did not owe money. Then get slapped with a bill, and an overdue one at that. So obviously I did in fact, owe money… Sooooooooooooo ?!

I’ve always been reluctant to go to physical therapy in the past. This time it wasn’t an option not to go. I have been so pleased with the progress on my knee which has been worsening for 5 months. The staff is so friendly, understanding, non judgmental, and accommodating. A refreshing change from all the doctors I’ve been seeing! Thank you 😊 staff!

Unfortunately, my journey with physical therapy has been long and seemingly never ending. After losing my hip and leg during a bout with cancer, learning to walk and due to the continual evolution of my prosthesis I have had the opportunity to spend quite a bit of time in therapy. I can't say enough good about the facility or my therapists. Dana has been absolutely outstanding. She is truly an expert in her field. It isn't just about exercising, it's the focus they have on truly improving the quality of life for their patients. They will explain the ins and outs, the whys and why nots, and have a deep understanding of how the body and the muscles work. I wouldn't be able to walk at all today without their efforts and knowledge.

Injury was never fully recovered, a lot of guess work and confusion, lack of communication from PTs and PTAs, still in pain a year later and sent to collections for my bills.
