I went in for an eval and was told I would be contacted within a week to begin therapy. It has now been at least 6 weeks where I have been told the referral has either not been sent to my doctor or it has not been received from my doctor and I, the patient who does not work there, am responsible for following up, doing the footwork and making sure it has been received and sent properly. No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else.

The facility and the staff are both top-notch. The therapists there are excellent, and Kate in particular has turned my life around with her knowledge, caring attitude, and attention to details. Even the office staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you UP Rehab.
