The physical therapy staff is amazing however the billing is horrendous. I got billed something that happened one year ago, which I thought I already paid for. I try calling and get nowhere because the people in the billing department are clueless. Highly recommend people to go somewhere else or try and not get injured or this place may try and double charge you (and then try and gas light you).

Their walk-in system makes no sense to me. Youd have to sit there all day if you want to see someone. I came in at 8:30 am and they told me the next walk in time was at 11 or at 1:30 but I couldn't come between 12-1. Is this a lunch hour? If it is, then walk-ins are not from 9-4 and they should take that off their website. If its not, how did someones book that time slot? Is one doctor doing walk-ins and normal appointments? So i returned at 1pm for the 1:30 slot and was told that it was taken and the next available is at 3:30... Maybe I'm missing something but this seems like a pretty illogical system. The doctors there are very nice and seem well trained. I just don't understand their student services

I know that others have had bad experiences, but I personally haven't had any issues with them. I did ask the front desk why they don't do appointments, and they did clear a few things up: They do do appointments, but only for repeat visits. The reasoning they don't do appointments for your first visit is because they can't be sure how much time you'll need (after all, for 'I have a pain here or there' sorts of issues or whatever it could take anywhere from 5 to 50 minutes), not to mention that if you don't show up (We're college students. Not all of us are as reliable as we ought to be.) that would throw their whole calendar off. They probably should do appointments for things with set times (eg, STD testing or physics) even if it's a first visit, but I digress. I've never experienced the issues some have reported of waiting forever and not being able to see anyone, or being treated 'robotically' or what have you. I must also state that this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO for emergencies. If it's life threatening, go to the hospital ASAP. If it's not life threatening, going to the Express Care *may* be your best bet. If it's something like a sprained ankle that you need a note for and some advice on how to care for it, this is the place to go. I saw one review stating that they were in a 'medical emergency'. Yeah, the front desk probably could have done better. But again, this is not an urgent/emergency care facility, at least from my 2 visits here.

Went here for allergy shots and they said they would order more for my next appointment in two weeks. It has been a month and I still don’t have the shot I needed 2 weeks ago, not to mention the one I will need this week. They have constant mix ups and even if you have an appointment the wait times are long. Also on my first visit the doctor tried multiple times to peer pressure me into getting shots I didn’t need. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to.

I have been denied healthcare from this clinic multiple times. They refuse to allow students to have appointments and require you to sit all day in hopes of seeing a doctor. Because of seeing there, there have been times where I get no medical care and have gone on to be sick for months. This system sucks and needs to be fixed. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The doctors and nurses are amazing. However, trying to make an appointment, or trying to call and get information is impossible. I called to make an appointment and was on hold for 40 minutes. I ended up just going to the office, since it would probably be quicker. It was.

Terrible Service! I was having severe stomach pain and they dint let any doctor see me saying there is no appointment available. The student health center is made for student services and the time for student walk in is early morning only! what the hell! any pain, sickness or emergency does not see the time when you guys are available.

Nurses and doctors are okay. But I've had my Blood work order lost on 3 separate occasions. Within 2 weeks. So 1 star.
