I work in the Monrovia / Arcadia area and have been going to Dr. Chris' office since the beginning of the pandemic. I sit at my desk a lot and also lift weights. Dr. Chris has been a great help with my neck pain and arm issues. Highly recommend this place — great people, easy plaza to drive in and out and no problems with parking.

Dr. Chris is fantastic! Such a warm and happy guy. He makes an effort to get to know his patients and always has something to chat and catch up on during every appointment. I instantly feel better after leaving the office. The staff is extremely nice, very accommodating, and office is very clean.

I’ve been going to Unwind Chiro Care for a few months now & Dr. Chris has really helped with my lower back pain. When I first walked in, my back was in excruciating pain but after some adjustments, he really helped ease my back pain. His pricing for his care packages & treatments are incomparable; the other chiropractors I’ve been to charge so much for a single treatment. If you’re looking for top-notch service for an affordable price, this is the place to go. Their customer service is excellent and goes beyond measure; they will make you feel right at home & Dr. Chris did an exceptional job with designing his office so that the patients feel welcome and comfortable. Most importantly, you don’t need an appointment, just walk-in and they’ll be happy to assist you. The location is also very much convenient since there are grocery stores & a gym right next door; its a one-stop shop plaza. Overall 10/10 experience & would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and visit.

Dr. Chris Aoyama is great! I highly recommend him. I have had neck and back problems for over 20 years due sport injuries. After his adjustments I always feel much better! He always listens to my complaints and is willing to help me. Chris is very friendly & pleasant and the prices are reasonable.

Dr. Chris is an amazing doctor and has helped me with a pinched nerve in my left arm and lower back pain that an lumbar epidural did not ease. He is kind and compassionate and listens to you. His office is modern and well-appointed with the latest equipment to complete his sessions. He is priced reasonably and offers several price points to suit your needs. He also moves you to the plan that will serve you best and you matriculate through your treatments. I leave each session feeling so much better. I’m glad I stepped into his office one day to learn more about his services. One of the better investments I’ve made for my health.

I had really bad lower back pain and was looking for a regular chiropractor that didn’t break the bank and stumbled across UNWIND. Dr. Chris is really nice and professional, I actually subscribed to the monthly plans. The best part of those plans is if you miss the appointments within that month it gets rolled over and saved so you aren’t wasting/losing it. This place is open during covid but by appointments and he keeps his facility super clean.
