I cannot say enough about the staff at the Salem office. Each interaction made me feel like I was the only patient they were treating. They were kind and considerate! Always making me feel comfortable and praising even the smallest accomplishment! Cameron, Nathan and Grace always greeted me by name and with a warm welcome! If you are looking for a great team, this is the place to go!!

All the staff is knowledgeable. They treated me with care and patience!. While treating me for pain in my hip, they noticed I would get dizzy easily. They then helped me with a vestibular issue. At the end of my hip therapy I am 90 percent better. They gave the resources to improve my vestibular issue, although is permanent!! Thank you University Therapy! If I ever need other type of therapy, be sure I will go to University Therapy in Salem

I had physical therapy done twice at this facility. One time for my knee replacement they were excellent in getting me where I wanted to be no limping. That is why I chose to go back there when I was having back issues. Went there for 4 weeks got me where I needed to be back to doing things I love. I highly recommend them. All the staff is great.

Would absolutely recommend. The entire staff from Grace up front to Cam, Corbin, Deanna as well as the first year students I saw were great. Not only did they help me regain mobility and strength following my recovery from broken wrist, they were funny, caring and always offering up a challenge to help me stay on track. Thank you all so much for all you do!

I went to University PT in Salem after my second knee replacement. I found everyone to be very knowledgeable, encouraging and professional. The communication and rapport with the physical therapists was excellent. I felt my concerns were valued, and my therapy tailored to help meet my personal goals. I finally "graduated", and I feel better than I have in a long time. Thank you all.

Pick this place for your physical therapy, you will not regret it. They make you well again, seriously. I had an excellent experience with University Physical Therapy. Each visit I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who remembered my name by the second or third visit. The clinic is an open room with work out equipment, massage tables (there are several different massage services available as part of your treatment sessions), and multiple physical therapists working with clients. I worked with Deanna and Cameron to heal from sciatica pain after a slip and fall. My experience was great! Both Deanna and Cameron worked closely with me as I did the exercises, making sure that I used correct form. The clinic uses an app to help you keep up with the exercises at home. I liked that the app showed me a 3 second video of how to do the exercises. Within weeks, my pain was fading and I was feeling stronger, too. I now feel fully recovered. This clinic has professionals that are very good at what they do.

Excellent quality of physical therapy. I was very happy with the friendliness, quality of service and professionalism shown during my therapy sessions. I had the pleasure of having Cameron, Corbin, Caitlin and Nick work with me post shoulder rotator cuff repair and low back issues. From the check in to the end of session, all runs smoothly and effectively. The manager Deanna conducts a well run clinic and all physical therapists are supportive of one another and provide super continuity of care. I will definitely choose this company and office when I need further therapy.

My experience with the Salem Branch University Physical Therapy was exceptional, the staff was great, professional and provided a personal touch of treatments. After dealing with post rotator cuff surgery of my right shoulder, I’m free of pain and regaining my range of motion and strength. The staff that worked with me from the front desk, administrator, and physical therapist were on top of their game and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend the Salem University Physical Therapy.
