University Physical Therapy

I had a referral from Duke for PT, had to wait six weeks for an appointment. Went in on Feb 23 and everything went fine. Therapist wants to see me once a week for 8 weeks. No one was working the office that morning but was told they would call that afternoon. No one called Friday afternoon, Monday all day. So I called them on Tuesday to schedule a appointment. The next available appointment was not until April the 8th, How are they going to see me once a week if I have to wait 6 weeks between appointments? I suggest that you go somewhere else for PT

Unparalleled experience from check-in to exit! Great care and knowledgeable therapists. The receptionist (Kesha?) is on top of every issue and very professional. Over time, I’ve worked with Jo, Josh, Reece, and Rani and learned so much about my health issues and ways to maintain my progress. They have my sincerest thanks!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve worked with Bria and she is amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains what she is doing very well. I’ve gone for my back and my shoulder and both have been healed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a consistently high quality physical therapy experience.

Bria Dunn is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. She was thorough in her evaluation of my problem and hands on for treatment. I appreciate her for her kindness and her overall knowledge and would highly recommend her to anyone.

The part time, Ellie, is EXCELLENT - listens, reads past file, focuses on specific need. Full time person Jo did not listen, either did not read the file or did not understand it, did not ask before applying a product, spent time on issue not of ongoing concern.
