University of Maryland Charles Regional Rehabilitation

I used to work here ten years ago and I must admit it was better then. The wait time in the emergency room was extremely long, homeless people slept in the lobby while I was waiting to be seen. The housekeeping is still keeping the place clean 👌. The maintenance Housekeeping and Kitchen are what keeps this place up. I will say this though some of the staff that were there ten years ago are great but it is the newbies that make it horrible.

From reception to therapists they are welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility. I have zero complaints about them.

These guys and gals are the best. They are always so attentive to your needs. Everyone calls you by name and you don't even have to check in because they recognize you. I have been here twice for 2 hip recoveries and I would come back again. I love everyone at UMCRR!

Amall (I know I spelled it wrong, sorry) was fantastic. Strong and capable, and extremely knowledgeable; he fixed my shoulder and had me on my way in a jiffy.

Clean, comfortable and spacious facility. Therapist, assistants and administrative staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
