Went here a couple years ago for a back injury for two months. Staff told me that my insurance would cover the cost of all visits, but it did not. I would have stopped coming an entire month earlier had I known how much it would have cost me. The billing office ended up sending me a bill several months after I stopped going.

Probably the worst PT experience I've had in awhile...and that's saying something. If you're not a curent UDel athlete you're treated like an inconvenience. Heard "NARP" thrown around left and right...even though I made clear I was a college athlete and continue to stay active so needed appropriate rehab. My PT nodded and then proceeded to walk me through the same old basic nonsense

I had spinal cord damage from some bone fragments removed in 2019. My initial recovery an PT was not in DE. In the middle of COVID I moved to DE but PT was on hold. My new spine doc sent be to a horrible PT person after a fall in early summer 2021that sent my progress spiralling backwards. Mike Palmer was amazing. Hew listened to all my unique issues, helped me develop a plan. When I hit road blocks he reviewed and we worked out new approaches to improve my abilities. I also liked the students training under Mike. I got to work with several over the year or so of PT. When Mike was out I had the please of sessions with several other therapists all were professionals and added unique insight into my recovery. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dedicated team focused on helping you with you recover especially if your new reality is not exactly what you had prior to injury.

Bad scheduling, be sure to confirm yourself what day you are scheduled. I came in one day and I triple checked that my appointment was on the next Friday and the receptionist confirmed with me 3 times. But as I arrived they said I didn’t have an appointment. Bad scheduling of patients. Also my therapist didn’t send me my workout until a week later.

I was told this was the best place around for therapy. I went here for 8 months and was worse off than when I started!! I started after a meniscus repair surgery. I kept saying something was wrong. Greg saw me once and told me I just needed to put weight on my leg that was the issue. So I would just stand on leg and have severe pain. My regular PT who was Shane finally reached out to the surgeon and they did more imaging and the meniscus had retore along with the root. I had surgery again to remove the meniscus. I then kept saying to Shane that something was wrong with my knee and was ignored. It was suggested I use a website that deals with chronic pain. I didn't because I knew something wasn't right. Fortunately I listened to my gut and stopped going. When I got my medical records from my surgeon my therapy notes were in there and the therapist had lied saying I was refusing to do things and that I needed frequent breaks during testing. I have to agree with the previous review as to whether that was to make up for their lack of progress. Anyway I had further imaging done and I was right there was something seriously wrong with my knee, actually more than one thing!! I will never know if the therapy caused the issues but I do know I suffered pain needlessly! I don't want to say the whole place is bad because there may be some great therapists there but I had a horrible experience and will never go there again!!

After a good first experience last year, my husband returned to work with the UD therapists this past Fall. This time was terrible! They failed to recognize that his injury was not 'fixable' through therapy, and once he attended an orthopedic surgeon (who had to reattach the tendon), they refused to waive payment for their ineffectual sessions.

They are amazing, my back was hurting me for years, I went to a lot of different franchise physical therapy (don’t want to mention their names), these places wasted my time. My Family doctor send me to this place and thank God I feel a lot better, Samantha the therapist is an amazing person, she works hard I can see that she loves her Job. Keep up the good work!!!

Great treatment, kind therapist who listened well and pushed me to work harder than I thought I could. Felt better that ever when my sessions ended. Set up all my appointments in advance at convenient times. Would use them again anytime therapy is needed.
