I have had a horrible experience with the administration side of UTSW PM&R. I have explained what appears to be fundamental, systemic, inadaquacies within the administration time after time. I have spoken with managers who have sympathized with and corroborated these short falls but have still not been provided a resolution. I have asked to speak with someone who can address the issues several times but never receive a call back. I have reached out to the PIO and Communion departments but still have not been heard. How can UTSW provide holistic heathcare with abysmal communication? They cannot.
