University Health Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Services

The baby and delivery section on the 6th floor is disgusting. When we had our first baby here in 2017, my wife was in active labor (she was at a 6 before there 2 hour drive out took us to get there) so we called and rushed in to have the babies delivered, and they have us wait till a room opens up. The room they bring is into is covered in blood! We kept telling them a doctor had already checked her she is at a 6, and they kept acting like she doesn't know. The baby was delivered by some random nurse answering our call light. Maybe is was just one of those days lol. 4 years later 2021 we decide to come here again (only because our kids have heart conditions so will be taken directly after birth to children's mercy, and Truman's has this bridge the leads directly to CM, this way mom dosen't have to be separated from baby). We are scheduled for a tria something and lo and behold blood drops all over the floor.

Mixed feelings about the OB Clinic on the 6th Floor. While my doctors have been kind & nice, I’ve dealt with a back in forth with referrals & medicine consistently. I understand mix ups but when someone has called to fix it more than once & has mentioned the issue in person as well? The problem should be resolved quickly & efficiently. I’m pretty relaxed about most things but 6-7wks of not getting calls from the referrals they put in the system? That’s truly frustrating when I’ve asked more than once for it to be fixed. I get that they’re probably busy seeing as this is a high risk clinic but that’s no excuse for a 6-7wk delay. I don’t know if something is wrong with communication or the actual system but if you want to fall through the cracks, by all means come here. Again, doctors are awesome. My problem is with the follow through.

I like therapy it's self but the parking police are racist I came last week a white woman parked in handicap spot white man laughing talking with her she got out walking normal today I go park in the spot just waiting for someone to move out a closer spot and the man comes over yelling at me I explained I was waiting for a closer spot since I'm on crutches with a tore acl he yelled and said idc move now. I was trying to adjust my leg to put it back on the peddle he stood there yelling at me. I have never had to park so far and walk this far. Last time I was told since the spots are so far away I could use a handicap spot but I wasn't going to since I left my handicap plate in my other car I'm done coming here I won't be treated wrong

Hai at financial is like an angel. After struggles getting the necessary financial counseling, he called, like, out of the blue and was amazingly helpful in taking me through the process which he made very easy. God Bless!

PLEASE DO NOT SEE Dr. Wagle in the Neurology clinic. His nurses don't even think he's competent.
