This place has become my favorite place to receive care when my primary care is not an option and/or when I can’t afford the upfront cost of the visit but it’s not severe enough to go to the ER. They can accept payments and also have an uninsured discounted price. They keep getting me in and out so fast that I bring in my iPad to work on my homework while I wait, and don’t even have enough time to pull it out. They also have an onsite pharmacy.

I always come here when I'm not well. The staff and doctors have always been courteous and very intentive My only complaint this time around. Adults shouldn't do this. I have not seen a staff person ask him to put his foot down. He's waiting on his wife, the patient. I really hope they wipe down that chair before the next person comes and sits on that chair. And it just got worse

This place is awesome, especially for those without insurance. The copay for the visit is only $50 with the option to pay later. I was seen within 15 minutes and the doctor quickly addressed my concerns. They have their own pharmacy and Rx discount program and I was able to get my antibiotics for only $4. I wish I would have known of this place earlier! Urgent cares are always a headache and no where nearly as affordable and convenient as this place!

It's my go to only because it's what my insurance accepts. The staff is usually very nice and helpful but my goodness...you cannot get anywhere on the phone with them. I'm currently waiting over an hour to speak with someone about my daughters prescription. They sent it to our usually pharmacy, but I went and it they said they did not receive it (this was 4+ hrs after the drs visit) so I went home and called like EIGHTEEN TIMES finally someone answers and they say they will resend the perscription. I wait 30minutes, it's not there yet. Pharmacy says they did not get anything. Now I'm on hold for OVER AN HOUR. I do not recommend going here. They're nice but sometimes they can't help you at all.

This place takes so long on what should be the slowest day of the week. We had gone there to get a prescription and we ended up waiting for 3.5 hours before ultimately walking out. I called afterwards and asked for a call-back and didn't get that either. It just wasn't worth the hassle at that point. Awful service and an awful waste of time.

University Health Medical Center Pavillon My son kept us awake all night because he felt a lot of pressure on his chest and was having shortness of breath. He felt a little better so we decided to bring him to this clinic today. We got there at 10am he wasn't seen till noon. This place made more sense since they are across from University hospital. I figured if they needed to run an EKG or X-rays this would be the logical place. Well let me tell you, I am beyond upset and as a mother, I am disgusted by the Nurse Practitioner that saw him. His name is Craig Marshall. No introduction, dismissive, didn't care what my son was feeling and voicing out of concern,he mocked family health history, but most importantly he told him off the bat that he had anxiety without running any test on him. Prescribed some anxiety medication. All I know is that if my son has a heart attack in the middle of the night, I will come after him. He is definitely in the wrong profession and his supervisors need to know how he treats his patients. I am very disappointed and I will let everyone know the experience we've experienced here. The fact that he came in with such disgust towards my son and told him there was nothing wrong with him upsets me so much. My son had been healthy all his life. He wouldn't lie or want to go see a doctor if he thought he was well. You don't play with people's health like that. And most importantly be human and genuine. None of these things happened.

This facility is the Best. I can't ever get in to see my PCP. These people take you in just as a walk in. I've even thought of making them my primary clinic! Easy, fast n great service.
