Universal Physical Therapy PC

I been coming here for about 5 months. The physical therapist, Ferry, is the best one I've had. She's very thorough and personable. The owners are very caring for thier patients. This place overall is very good, but the exercise machines are a bit dated. Otherwise highly recommended! There's no free parking. The parking lot there cost $10. I recommend street parking.

I have only great things to say about Universal Physical Therapy, Dr. Eldeeb, his entire staff and physical therapists and would give them MORE than 5 STARS if I could. They are totally professional in everything they do and are focused in getting me to full ROM (range of motion) in my right (dominant) shoulder. I suffered a non-displaced proximal fracture of my right shoulder on 6/1/23 and began therapy at UPT in 8/23. As a result of PT I am demonstrating significant improvement, and this is entirely due to the efforts of everyone at UPT. I will highly recommend UPT to anyone and everyone I know should the need for PT arise. John (Jack) M.

Highly recommend Dr Eldeeb and staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. During your treatment they explain your injury and detail the treatment plan they’ll use. They also provide you with stretching and exercise to do at home so you can continue your rehab after.

I have been going to Dr. Eldeeb for over 10 years to deal with multiple sports related injuries (torn ACL in both knees, sprained ankles, and back problems). The staff is friendly and trust worthy to make you feel better with accelerated recovery times with plenty of home exercises to supplement the care given in office. I would recommend their services for all ages.

I went to universal to treat my right shoulder after an accident. After one session I felt a significant difference and after 3 I was able to sleep better because the pain didn't keep me up , every day activities become easier and less painful. I was very happy with the staff and treatment i would definitely recomend this place to a friend

The doctor is good every time he worked on me I felt better but the assistant wouldn’t do what he would do it was a luck of the draw on who was available. The place needs a good over haul physical therapy has updated and so should we all.

PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM!!! They are bunch of scammers, they will treat you as little but claims more than they give you. They still claims without giving you service. This is not right. People go there with their hope to get better but they don’t care of the patient all they wanna do is charge as much as they can without providing any service. They are lazy of course also irresponsible. While they claim fees and charges from your insurance company they come and tells you that your insurance is not covering and withouy furthet help or discussion they just stops. And you there stuck with the pain. Going back and forth found out they been billing my insurance while they not helping me with my service. That’s not right.

Hands down , the greatest physical therapy place with people who care and make sure you leave the place with a smile. You'll feel great once your done with your visit . I recommend everyone check it out .
