Mindy is AMAZING! She is the nicest person, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I’ve only been working with her for a few weeks, but she always answers all my questions and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has an explanation for all the excercises we do and it helps me to better understand what my muscles are or aren’t doing and what our end goal is. I really appreciate her guidance and knowledge! The staff here is so friendly and kind to all patients, I would highly recommend going here for PT.

The staff at UnityPoint physical therapy in Waukee are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend John Sheldahl DPT CMPT for physical therapy. He is a great therapist. He taught me exercises to do at home to speed my recovery after a broken ankle.

Great PT practice! I was in a car accident a month ago and went there for neck pain. John was great about teaching me the right exercises to do so my neck felt better. He also has great hands on skills, which felt awesome and helped my neck recover quickly. I’d definitely recommend this practice and John to my friends and family!

I was having shoulder pain and numbness in my hand from a pinched nerve. I worked with John Andy Bryan as my physical therapist. Andy was great. Very professional and friendly. Gave me good exercises to work on at home as well as during our appointments. This was during the pandemic and I felt safe and that the space was clean.

It was a pleasure to work with John Shedahl following my bilateral total knee replacement surgeries. He helped me work through pain, stiffness and everything that I needed addressed- and there was alot! I am 100% positive that he sped along my recovery. His humor and laugh helped too. 😄
