My youngest child has been receiving physical therapy from this office since birth. She is now 7 months and doing wonderfully due to the care she has received from her physical therapist. She is doing all she can possible do to acknowledge my wants and concerns as a parent. I feel the staff here works as a team with the parents. Not just the therapists, the office staff as well. They are very welcoming to my other kids who must come with me to our appointments. They chat with them, my kids recognize and know the staff and are always excited to see them. Having my one yearold being silly would drive some people crazy while we wait but they are always understanding and fun. I would highly recommemd this office.

My daughter has been receiving Physical and Occupational therapies here weekly for the last 2 years! The staff is compassionate, understanding and experts in their fields. All of the staff knows my daughter's name, they always say good morning and ask how she is doing. We have had a great experience here and will continue to have our daughter seen at this location.

The staff is rude and they do not value patients or your time. Every single interaction I have had with them has been TERRIBLE. I will be driving 2 hours to Iowa city to take my younger son's care to my oldest son's specialist. They back up their rude receptionist with lackluster behavior as if it's okay. I have been going to specialty clinics for three years and have never encountered a staff like this before. I would not take my worst enemy to these people!

I am not someone that usually writes reviews, but in this situation I must. This was the worst experience I have encountered for either of my two boys - I went to Blank over Metro West Kids for this round of OT help because our pediatrician is part of Blank etc. I had a great prior experience with Metro West but thought this would be a better option in the Blank family. This was a horrible and COSTLY mistake. They didn't listen or provide any useful things to do at home or updates/reports - I asked them to focus on specific areas (which they didn't), they had an intern do all the sessions and my son did not improve the slightest (per teachers, me and other professionals). On top of that, they messed up all the billing, so I have had to spend hours working with insurance agencies and billing. The communication was so poor. Waste of my time, my sons time, money and took him out of school and was no better off than when we started. I explained this to Unity Point, and they responded, 'it was reviewed and determined he received proper care and his conditions improved.' Not sure how they came to that conclusion. Mercy + Kids West here we come.

My son uses this place for his OT and has just been discharged from PT here and although it was so much better than some of the other places we have been to, it is definitely NOT the best. That being said, I think that some of the office staff need a lesson in courtesy in regards to the patients and their parents. Just sitting in the lobby I have heard some very rude office gossip about some of the patients parents. Keep your rude comments to yourself people!!

Liz was great! She is very knowledgeable and worked with our schedule to make sure we could get in. The whole team is always having fun with the kids while also giving them great treatment.

I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone. They tried to make me feel bad that i had surgery and had to cancel appointments. We didnt even miss a full month worth of appointments and they were so rude about it

My daughter has been attending PT here for almost a year - we have had a great experience and she has progressed immensely. We will definitely be continuing her care here!
