Dr. Molis wouldn't take into any consideration what I was explaining to him. I couldn't even learn to navigate my concussion because he was dismissive of the things that I was trying to tell him. I've never had a concussion and you don't know what's going on with your body after it. All you want is answers and it doesn't put your mind at ease when your doctor is telling you that the things you worry about just don't even though your body is doing weird things just act like you normally would. I would just act normal if my head would let me. Don't even bother trying to seek answers because there won't be any.

This clinic is a farce. Dr. Molis makes inferences on diagnoses and documents what he needs to bill insurances and then refuses to reconcile these things once confronted. He offered me speech pathology for just a fear of early stages of CTE and documented a history of multiple concussions even though I’ve never had one. His refusal to fix his mistake is narcissistic and unethical. Stay clear of these doctors playing God.

Was completely gaslighted by Dr. Spooner after multi very serious injuries sustained from my job. He chooses to side with insurance companies over helping his patients.

Horrible customer service and experience with this location. My son was seen by Dr. Spooner and referred for MRI to Iowa Radiology. Once I get to Iowa Radiology, I'm told they can not do MRI due to the cast on his arm which obviously was on his arm 2 days before when he was seen by Dr. Spooner. I called Dr. Spooners office to ask why he did not inform me of this to be scoffed at by the nurse who answered the phone. I asked to speak to Dr. Spooner in which she replied if he has time. She would not give me a time frame on a call back or if I will ever get one. I'd recommend ANY doctor besides this place.

Had pulmonary function tests here, and the experience was actually delightful! Bel explained each portion of the test, and some throughout the test. Very friendly and caring. Bel defines what good customer service is it, and I was glad to be there.

This place is a joke. The point of an urgent care is to be able to walk in when care is needed. They allow people to make appointments. If you’re making an appointment go see your primary. Urgent care was created for when your primary isn’t available at that time. I got here at 8:15am and they told me I wasn’t able to be seen until 10am. There was 2 people in the office. The receptionist lady is very rude and never has anything nice to say. HR needs to have a talk with her. I have worked in healthcare since 2016. I know how the hospitals/clinics work. This lady needs fired. When I asked if she could ask for me to be seen before 10 am because there was only 2 people ahead of me she told me she wouldn’t ask and to come back at 10. It takes a provider 10-15 minutes to consult with a patient. This place needs help!

I've been going to Dr. Spooner for over 4 years. With his help with my brain injury, to helping with my back surgery, he is a very awesome, caring, acknowledgable doctor. Him and his staff would stretch out their limits to help me and my kids.

Dr. Spooner at UnityPoint Clinics is an amazing Sports Medicine doctor and I highly recommend his clinic for injury diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Dr. Spooner has a knack for understanding how various sports uniquely impact the body. He has never ordered unnecessary tests/X-rays (which is always appreciated), always shows concern for any injury, and is a master at prescribing a course of treatment to maximize healing in the shortest amount of time. Dr. Spooner is definitely my first choice of a Sports Medicine doctor.
