Unity Spine & Joint

I went there for upper back and neck pain. They took x-rays, did range of motion tests, and created a custom exercise and stretch plan to help make my posture absolutely top shape. The program lasted about 10 weeks, was a lot of work, and was a great experience. Most of my treatments were with Ron & Daisy, and Dean was also very helpful. The people both in the front and back of the office were all a pleasure to work with, and I never once had to wait. The people are very professional and caring, I recommend them.

I had been going to Unity/pain stop/ white rock…whatever it’s called now for years. My main provider was Robert and he was great. Since he left the service has been brutal. The wait times have increased from 5-10 minutes to my last visit 2 months ago to nearly 45 minutes. I think I was completely forgotten about. The personal attention from the medical assistant was non existent, the relationships built over the years were gone and the general service was not welcoming or something I wish to continue. They literally went from hero to zero in a matter of months. I would not recommend at all. You are valuable and so is your time, so find another clinic.

I love coming to Southwest Spine and Rehab! Everyone is so friendly and knows your name as soon as you walk in the door. You are greeted by Maddie, then you get to hang with Dean and Dr Ron finishes with an amazing adjustment. Christy is the best massage therapist who has worked on me. It’s an amazing team and I’m so happy to come here.

When you walk in you feel very welcomed. all the staff knew my name and are aware of my treatments. it is an amazing place to be. my treatment was tailored to me and has helped me regain movement with my lower back.

Pain Stop is AMAZING! The entire staff is wonderful. I have never been to an office where I liked everyone until coming here. Everyone is extremely nice and does everything they can to help you. The Doctors listen and work with you to fix the problem. They take you seriously and make you feel comfortable. They have helped me a lot, not only with pain though. They always make me have a good day because they are so cheerful and caring. I always look forward to my visits!

The staff at the Tempe office are great. Very friendly and sincere. Their method of treat treating the cause of the pain instead of just masking it with medication is awesome. I look forward to my visits to the clinic because I can feel the difference now from when I first started. Keep up the good work!! Especially on me!!

Everyone at this clinic is AMAZING! Every staff member is genuine, knowledgeable and experts at chiropractic and massage therapy. I am so grateful to have found them when I did because right away they alleviated my upper back pain through massage, E-STIM and chiropractic care. This clinic employs the best people! Thank You!

I only have great things to say about the team at Pain Stop! From the beginning they work with your insurance to make sure you get the most affordable care possible. They get to the source of your pain and provide gentle treatments. I personally did trigger point injections, chiropractic, stretches, and massage therapy. They also provided me a back brace for home use. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable! 5 stars, hands down.
