United Urgent Care and Wellness Center

As a first time patient there I was very pleased. Customer service, patient care, and cleanliness is top notch! Highly recommend this place. Natalie took care of me during my visit, and was very helpful and professional. Definitely will be a returning patient.

I’ve been to this urgent care on 3 separate occasions and had positive experiences each time. On my last visit, I showed up at 8 am on Saturday morning and was the first patient in line so I didn’t have to wait at all! The previous 2 times I had to wait, but it wasn’t bad as far as urgent care centers go. The staff is always friendly and the doctors will listen to you without making you feel rushed. They have in-house x-ray services. The facility is always nice and clean. Overall, this is what an urgent care center should be.

This is my second time coming to this facility but my first time being a patient. I walked into the facility around 510pm and I was seen around 6pm. The time went by fast to me and I knew I would have to wait. It was an easy process checking in thanks to the girl @ the front desk. I paid my co pay and for an xray. Samantha was the PA for the night. She has an upbeat attitude which I Loved. My Xray Tech Angel was also attentive. He made sure I was ok during those awkward arm positions. Lastly, you cant help but to love the smooth jazz vibes playing in the background. This will be my Urgent Care of choice for sure.

This place was recommended and spoke very well of an experience but upon arriving we found the door locked. The woman inside did not have the decency to come to the door and speak to us. Instead she mouthed "closed" and put her hand to her throat. It was 7:30pm, and they close at 8pm. If you are not taking patients- have the decency to speak a person as a human being. The door nor anything on their website said anything about "last patient" or anything along those lines. Don't post your hours if you are not going to abide by them. What a horrible way to do business in such a delicate field.

So… I messed up and left a bad review here. Thought they had made a mistake in billing but nope, it turned out we were wrong not them. Nancy called right away to sort it out and was super-gracious enough to accept an apology. Thank you so much for your professionalism and understanding.

I love coming to this urgent care the staff and doctors are so friendly and helpful. I came cause of a Syatica nerve was very painful but they helped me out my experience was not only fast but very helpful thank you so much to the staff and doctors even the xray tech

I wish my general practitioners office was nearly as attentive as you all. Easy to communicate, pleasant demeaner, and a very knowledgeable diagnostician (Luke). My wife also came to this United Urgent Care (Carson) last fall and we are both are very happy with their services!

I used to live very close to this urgent care so when I moved I decided to try one closer to my new place. It sucked compared to this place. I’ve learned my lesson and any time I need an urgent care and this place is open I’m definitely making the drive back. Came here recently and turns out I had pneumonia and bronchitis. Yuck. They are so thorough. They make you a follow up appointment when you have a test like ultrasound done and you get seen right away. They have practically everything here, from x-ray, CT scan and ultrasound machine. Great urgent care and the staff is so friendly. Love the new young nurse named Christina. I also really like Dr. Samantha.
