Friendly staff, with my first week of therapy done for my knee feel comfortable here getting my medical care needed. I recommend this facility. I don’t know how to spell her name but Payton was awesome and knew everything needed for me to work towards strength of my knee along with other muscles around affected area.
Extremely unprofessional on following through with referrals. I had to do their work.!! I just found out when I called my daughters doctors office if they had any updates regarding a referral made back in April and they said it had been approved for almost a month now.!!!. Spoke to the office manager Blare at United Therapy and basically she was being very defensive stating that the doctors office would have been the one updating them regarding the Referal they requested themselves. I called the doctors office and they disagreed stating since they put the request they would have to follow up with the approval in order for them united therapy to notify the patient they can start therapy again! Take this office as LAST RESORT. Hard to get someone to answer the phones !!
The person who answers the phone in the Pomona office is playing games she answers then says hello hello then hangs up! I went down there and asked why she did that and was there something wrong with the phone she responded no the phone is fine I just didn’t feel like taking the call. I couldn’t believe it the office was not busy there are times she doesn’t answer at all. I had to call the Rancho office and they got through to Pomona for me.This is rude and annoying and no one at Pomona office to complain to.If they are having problems with their phone system they need to address it.
Staff is great, from Payton to the office staff, great place and Kristen has been a great therapist!
Staff is good but nobody answers the phone at this location. It rings and rings. At the end if you want to leave a message it says message box is full. How do you operate a business like that?
Staff is very friendly and helpful. It has plenty of parking as well.
