Front desk receptionist very unprofessional really bad actitud. (Sign in área only) right side on the entrance The rest of the personnel very nice. The side where you schedule your appointments, always nice.

I had queency as my pt and she was amazing, she is easy to talk to and overall has such a positive energy, everyone seems to genuinely care for their patients, i would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy

First visit this morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ro will be my therapist.

Great environment here! My dad has been coming here for a couple of months, after having had a stroke in May. Each of the therapists work well with my dad and are very attentive to his condition and progress. Each person that my dad has worked with, which is just about everyone on the floor, cares about his regimen and check in with him on how he's feeling, what's new in developments in his condition, what he may or may not need. Every person that works with my dad has shown, in more than one way, that they care about what they do, their work with their patients, beyond the paycheck. Special shout out to Patrice and Queency over in Occupational!

My therapist is nice, but he just gives me an exercise and then walks away and then comes back. Another thing is that they only will schedule a week in advanced and the time slots are always full. Also, the receptionist is not very friendly or helpful.

if I could give more stars I definitely would. the staff is amazing and friendly. Daniel was my sons therapist for months and they loved each other, he would run up to hug him every chance he got. everyone was so patient and caring. I will definitely be back even if its just to visit.

If they would answer their phone i would give them 5 stars called 20 times left message like it said no call back to reschedule an app therapy's are great

Every body works well with the everyone . All The staff is outstanding and the only challenge is that you cant get booked on a regular basis I was getting booked everyother week when i need every week. Shout out to Lance and Patrice, and Quincy aka Q . Much love, Albert Hopkins
