The front desk customer service is horrible. I called multiple times in one day, but there was no answer or return call. After my fourth call, i just hung up. The same day after getting x-rays on my back and hip close to this location, i decided to drive by the women at the front desk. They were very unwelcoming to me after explaining to why i am here. They were very unprofessional and unwelcoming on my arrival. For those who wonder why, i don't just go somewhere with they insurance that i have. There aren't many choices locally. š¤

i am a recovering quadriplegic and the therapists are patient and kind, while the front desk ladies are also kind while being efficient and flexible with scheduling.

This place is amazing compared to the Pomona location I had request to transfer to Rancho. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist are very charismatic. I personally only work with Christina, Jesse and Ian. Yes, trying to reach the office is a bit complicated but the ladies in front informed that the best time to call would be at the half hour mark (8:30, 9:30,...) hope that helps. Super sweet Liz gave me her email if in the future I had a hard time contacting the office. I really enjoy listening to their choice in music.

This office is terrible. Terrible front office. Took forever to get an appointment. They didnāt call back after leaving messages on several occasions. I tried calling them back today and there is an answering machine again. Avoid this office at all cost. Ask your physician to send you to a different physical therapy location. I will update after first visit to see how the actual therapists are but if you canāt get a hold of anybody ā¦. nothing else really matters. Save yourself the frustration.

I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks now, I have left several messages and no one has returned my calls. I have 6 approved visits with my insurance and have only managed to schedule 2 visits within the past 3 months. I will be reporting a grievance to my insurance company

THERE BACK TO THE B.S. AGAIN NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. SO CAN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WHO'S IN CHARGE OF THIS PLACE?? IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS IT WOULD BE ZERO.

Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant staff members. The thing that made me decide to ultimately stop going was that three visits in a row I experienced the employees talking negatively about other patients IN FRONT OF PATIENTS... so wild. The quality of the therapy exercises and attention and direction given was just mediocre at best. So disappointing. Would never recommend.

Very unprofessional desk clerk, office not good on returning calls. Desk clerk is just plain old rude and racist. She likes to start arguments with the patients. I could go on about this topic but I think I made a point.
