the office is one of the worst ever at receiving calls about scheduling and appointments. was waiting on hold for more than 30 min two times i called with no response

You guys aren't answering your phone I called 7 times even googled your other number. I was trying to cancel my appointment this is BreAnna yu. Now it will look like I am a no call no show. I tried to cancel.Also please empty out your voice-mail box. They had no room in them.

My therapists push me to work to my abilities. I’ve definitely gotten stronger and more independent in activities.The receptionist can do a better job in documenting appointments accurately!

Why is your front office staff so unpleasant?? Old people come here for help. A bit of smile won’t goes a big way in making old people good. And it doesn’t hurt to smile

They never answe the phone Not equipped with the basic PT devices !
