Let's start off with staff, very nice,very helpful,and attentive. The assistant was so nice and friendly. The time frame to get to the facility from my job was perfect only 9 mins away. Seems like everything was working in my favor right. Wrong, the Dr. was horrible. He is very rude, needs validation extremely bad,and downgrade any options for treatment. He tells you about how bad all the medications are, they does not work and the are bad for you. Im sure medical board wouldn't approve of that. His only goal was to push one main treatment ( the shot in back ) that he thought was the best, not what's the best option for the patient. I was not allowed to ask questions regarding my injuries, nor was i allowed to have a simple conversation with him. He proceeds to cut me off every chance he got. He tells these long dragged out stories about his dad,his dad certificates, and on and onnnnnn. He wanted me to know so badly that he was the best Dr. in the world. But he was not, and out of 46yrs of my life never been disrespected by a Dr. before. Its so much more that happened but its no way this place have 5.0 stars impossible.

Nasty treatment of people. Physician blasted his horn at the head of a human being laying in his parking spot. Treat people how you want to be treated.

This place is great! Fast service! And the doctor cares enough to sit down to listen to what’s going on. After my evaluation I was sent home with clear instructions on how to begin my healing process. Thank you guys!! From the pretty little lady at the front desk, to the funny caring Medical assistants! in the back! Thank you s much! Also I want to thank Kendra… for putting a smile on my face!!! So if you looking for a place that is genuinely going to take care of you! Spine and orthopedic is it! I can not wait to go back for my second PRP treatment!!

I had an amazing experience, the staff were very welcoming when entering the building. The wait time was not long at all. Very organized and prepared for appointments and moved in a timely Manner. While receiving treatment/assistance the doctors were very informative and also listened to my concerns and questions. I would recommend this location 10/10!

Dr Guerdan was very informative and made me feel comfortable. The assistants at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Especially Cat. I think that's her name. The one with the pretty hazel eyes.

Friendly front desk staff & a great doctor who provides you with honest & good care. He explained everything all along the way & was very thorough. Would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Cottrell is wonderful !! She is so knowledgeable & explained everything to me to make me feel comfortable about about treatment. The staff was also very welcoming & pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

The people there are personable very detailed in addressing your concerns and questions. They show you they have your comfort and well being always first. I can not say enough good things about this group of people.
