My mom went there to donate things like every year. Dont know the name of the lady that helped her if that is what you call it. But she was really rude to her and acted as tho she was a nobody. As a another person arrived there the lady change to a total 360 with those people, acting so polite and helpful. My mom has been going there for years to donate, unfortunately she will no longer due to how rude and bad attitude they had toward her.
