United Medical Rehab Hospital

This rehab facis the best one I ever been do. I'm giving it 5 stars because there are some employees. Employee, The OT therapist and the physical therapist. The staff is, it's kind and courtesy to the patient's needs. There's one employee that's a physical therapy is the name s Sean You will push you to the end. What's saying, but save me from being in a wheelchair. And help me so I don't know how to walk again.

You will experience the kindness and compassion of care from staff at this hospital. It amazes me that so many kind people who truly care about what they do can all work together in one setting.

Very good rehabilitation place the staff is very nice food isn't that good Mel is a wonderful wonderful person help you with everything very gentle

Facility appears clean and it's in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is easy. Physical Rehab services were great. Social workers were easy to contact. My only issues was with the nursing staff; no one updated my family when my love one was sent out to the hospital, my mother hardly received oral care, there is no communication amongst the nurses and unfortunately a lack of honesty. Also, I found it odd that the nurse could never find an extra blanket or pillow so I assumed that there may not be enough linen for the clients.

UMRH Gretna needs 10 stars. The therapy team are very attentive and helpful. When I got here, I could barely walk and move my legs; but now i'm almost 100% better. The staff is amazing, the love and support is definitely visible. I cant say anything bad about this hospital. It's very clean and always kept looking nice. I would recommend UMRH Gretna to anyone.

I had the opportunity to go there and it was nice.Until the nurse said she suspected me of doing something bad, and I was terminated!

I appreciated Dr. Willams, he's very knowlegable in his work. I also appreciated the nursing staff and the therapy department. Because of my speech, physical, and occupational therapy sessions daily, it helped me get stronger. I would definitely recommend this place, they treat you like family.

My mother went there for rehab and was sick everyday being there. As soon as she left she got better on her own. She saw a social worker there that had left and went to another state. My mom asked to get her paperwork signed off and they told her they couldn't help her because the social worker that saw her was no longer there. Even tho all her information should have been in their system she was unable to get her paperwork completed. There should be protocol for someone to take over when somone leaves so that they receive the same care even if they are gone. The people are super nice tho. It was just a bit too unorganized for me. That is why I took my mom out of the facility before her time was up. She was making no progress there. But again one thing I can say is that each and every person I came in contact with was nice and respectful but it takes more than that to run a business successfully!!
