I have been working for UHC for about two years now and have enjoyed every minute. The staff is great and treats you like family. I enjoy that I am able to make my own schedule, and if I wish to pickup some extra shifts they always have something for me. The facilities are close to my home which is a great bonus and their pay rate is higher than other agencies. I really love that when I find a facility I really like, I can always get shifts while making wonderful personal connections with those I care for. I highly recommend this agency.

I have been working with United Healthcare staffing for a couple of years now and it’s one of the greatest companies I’ve worked for!! The interview and application process was simple yet thorough and I didn’t even have to commute from Santa Cruz to do the paperwork or anything. They pay is VERY competitive and higher than any other I’ve seen in the area for CNA and offer raises. The best part about working with United Healthcare Staffing is the flexibility! I get to work in different locations and when I work at a place I really like, that has the availability I can schedule all my hours at that facility. It’s like being your own boss but with really awesome people! The schedule and hr staff are so friendly and supportive! And I truly love the places I get to work! And they have a good reputation with the facility’s they contract with!
