So far these people have been horrible. They said they would call the day my mother was discharged from the hospital; they never did. The intake nurse didn't call until the day after they said she would. The PT called a day after I expected his call. He's late for his first visit and did not pick up when I tried calling. Having to deal with the situation is tough enough as it is; I don't need a home health agency to give me more problems.

Horrific experience!! Nurse didn't do anything when coming to see my grandmother then stopped showing up without notice. Physical therapist came two times then his visits turned to 15 minutes then he stopped showing up. After a month or more of no services I get a call from the Case manager to see how my grandmother was doing and ask to schedule more services. The conversation led to case manager apologizing for her lack of following up and making sure my grandmother was good to go. I told her and her supervisor to never reach out again and that I was ensuring I would let Medicare and medical to not accept any of their charges because they hadn't serviced my grandmother yet she was still in their system. Frauds! All they could say is I'm sorry....

Company is understaffed and nurses are not aware of patients needs. Some are un experienced. They do not log in patients handbook like vitals and what was done to patient. They ask no questions as how patient is doing. Do not recommend this company

Very cordial receptionist Brenda. Very helpful and patient explains everything. My intake nurse Cathy Jiang RN was ausome. She was on time and very professional. She explained everything . Everything went so smoothly from my initial phone call to my first visit. Looking forward to my PT.

The nurse that came to see me today didn't have the proper supplies, didn't know how to do basic wound care so I had to teach him what to do and how to do it. He got upset because I was frusterated because of this and requested I be nice to him because he was here to help me. He didn't have the supplies, he didn't know what the doctors orders are, and he didn't know how to wound care and didn't understand why I got frustrated

Nurse Gina is amazing. I have only been here a couple of weeks and she is going above and beyond to help me and see what she can do. It’s unfortunate that I’m not eligible for the best care because of my insurance but I can say I’m truly blessed to have nurse Gina. I’ll update if needed or if I remember about my progress and how everything is going. Hopefully I’ll still be eligible for more home health services.

Have a nephrostomy bag due to a large kidney stone. Nurses coming to my home are clueless. 1st one had no idea how to properly change the dressing said I need a prescription for the proper bandages!!! Seriously? She left the entrance site completely exposed and no support for the tube. New nurse semi properly dressed it. Almost 3 weeks in and I learned the bag should be changed out weekly and the tube flushed every time the dressing is changed to prevent infection. Not once has either been done. Let’s hope it’s not infected.

This Home Health Agency is a joke, my father underwent brain surgery and needed PT and nursing services at home due to a grade IV Cancer diagnosis. He was receiving services prior to surgery, not the best but I understand the times we are living in. The case manager Andrea and intake coordinator did nothing to help. The many excuses of authorization and missing demographics was the only answer they could give me. They event told me to have my case redirected since I was unhappy, this was a month in delay. If an agency is unable to provide services it is their duty to find someone who could. Thankfully I am educated with a degree in Public health and I understand that this organization lacks implementation procedures and training. If a Home Health Agency is unable to provide services, cases should not be accepted as a form of medical neglect or delay in medical treatment.
