Union Hospital Pediatric Therapy

Worst place to take for speech therapy. Started my son 6 months ago and the appointments are not consistent(every 3-6 weeks) and the therapist has canceled on us 4 times already. Told we would be on a weekly schedule at the first of the year for the next 6months. Went to the first appointment of the new year and the therapist herself informs me she will be on leave for 16weeks with no replacement and her patients would not be seen. Would’ve been nice to know before hand so we could have found a more consistent place sooner.

This is the worst place to take your child! They do not care what so ever! My son started at the beginning of Jan and has only been seen 3 times he should have been seen 7 times by now! They either bumped him out of his spot for someone else or just completely cancelled! Went in on one of the apts because I received the confirmation got in there and they had cancelled without my knowledge! I made sure that he was on for the following week they told me yes. Never received a confirmation this time so didn't take my son thank goodness because they had cancelled for that apt also! When I called about it they said oh well his therapist had to work at the hospital today! I am sorry but an apt is an apt! You keep it or reschedule the apt! No they aren't even willing to do that! How is it my son is suppose to get better when he can't even be seen! Not only that but they don't give you ANY exercises to do with them out side of the one half hour session he is suppose to get! I am not sorry for this review because this is absolutely ridiculous! This place isn't CHEAP what so ever, so they need to act like the patient truly matters not! Not just another paycheck! This is why I try to stay away from ALL things union hospital!

Been there really good care would recommend it to anyone.
