If you can get in to see a doctor, you’ll get good care. But, the place makes it so difficult to get an appointment. For instance: no weekend or late hours, the phone isn’t answered half the time when calling, if you have any symptoms of Covid (even if you know it’s a sinus infection) they will only do a video visit! There’s no online scheduling of appointments and the front office has lied to me in the past. The girl said it is against the law to see people in person when they have Covid-19 symptoms. As I had been to Med Check a week prior, with Covid symptoms, and diagnosed with a sinus infection- I told her it was not against the law. Her response was, “Well, that’s just what they tell me.” This place is absolutely ridiculous to try to get seen!
