UNC Therapy Services

This location took me to collections for claiming I did not cancel my appointment. I did cancel my appointment, and they refuse to prove that I did not call. I spoke with the Office Manager, David twice, the second time I called he said, "Oh did they not remove the charge?", I said, no they did not, and he said I would need to speak to Mandy Heagh, when I asked him for her direct line, he informed me that she does not have a direct line, he could only transfer me, well....guess what????, she does not answer her phone, and she refuses to call you back. They are charging me $50.00 for a visit that I canceled, and my co-pay when I go there is $30.00. Do not go here, and let them take your hard earned money for no reason, and ruin your credit. Be care of UNC Health. Pivot physical therapy is your best bet!
