The Ultra Physical Therapy and Hand Center family are amazing! After my first appointment with Dr. Clancy I regained hope that my right hand may actually function normally again. Dr. Clancy's skillful and caring approach to patient centered care helped me to be able to reach the necessary movement in my hand needed to proceed with surgical repair. Since surgery Dr. Clancy's expertise and knowledge has been guiding me through each step of the difficult post-op period. Words can never express the gratitude I have for Dr. Clancy and her team for all they have given to me as I have struggled through a challenging time in my life. It is clear that caring for others is the passion of each of the team members at the clinic including Miss Ellie who greats each patient eagerly at the door with a sweet tail wag! Ultra Physical Therapy and Hand Center is exceptional!!!

Dr. Clancy and her team are top notch. I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) in my hand, which is not a well understood condition. Treating it in the first 12 months is crucial so it doesn't become chronic. In my first visit, Dr. Clancy put me at ease with her knowledge of CRPS and right away began treatment. I'm three months in and have seen major improvements with motion and pain. The mirror therapy she recommended works wonders. The first time I tried it, it very notably reduced my pain within 24 hours. I'm extraordinarily grateful for their expertise. Highly recommended for anyone with hand problems.

I am honestly so disappointed. I went in for a problem with the first joint on my ring finger that wasn't able to function very well at all and Dr Clancy was so patient and figured out the problem right away. She gave me the correct brace and exercises and I felt really good about my road to recovery and her recommendation for 2 visits a week. I understood why it was so often based on my limited mobility. The plan was to be able to make a fist in 3 weeks and to be able to accomplish good climbing form again after 6. The brace helped immensely and I started noting marked improvements after about 2 weeks and was able to make a good fist at 3. And that's it. Never did she add any additional exercises. The advice given to me by herself and the other PT were contradictory. One urged me out of the brace after 2 weeks and the other asked me to stay on even after 5 and I haven't been prescribed to remove it yet, even though it no longer fits and it's causing more trouble than it's worth. I trusted that they would read each other's notes and speak to one another but they never acknowledged the discrepancy. I never had another progress eval even though my ability to make a fist was acknowledged at weeks 3, 4 and 5 and I never got any new exercises. The exercises in office (twice a week) didn't change despite my improvements with only a couple visits in the bigger equipment area. At week 5, I was asked to schedule more twice a week appointments with no explanations. There weren't even any progress evaluations to base that recommendation off of. It's difficult to take off of work twice a week and one of the prescheduled days didn't work. I didn't realize until I went into work and was given another assignment. When I called, I was told that it would be a $100 same day cancellation fee. I had been very diligent in seeing them so often, cancelling and rescheduling when I needed to. I guess I was hoping they could make an exception. I had also wanted to speak to Dr Clancy about my progress and that is when she said she could do an eval. I just cannot believe that she didn't think to do one sooner, given my progress and the plan that she laid out herself. As with PT sometimes, she would see me for 10 or 15 minutes before passing me off to a therapist in case any one was wondering about how visits worked. I wanted to do 3 stars because she did get my hand moving again, but my husband who heard my concerns about it every week but let me trust the staff wanted to do 1. We compromised. I wanted to wait until my therapy sessions were done to give it a fair chance before I left a review. Well I guess I am done now because I quit from frustration. Tldr; go to get hand problems fixed, stay until things get better. Don't expect to get anything new. Leave when you get frustrated at the absolute lack of progress evals stopping your own progression. Hey, maybe sports therapy just isn't their thing and they just specialize in more stationary people? Maybe they didn't expect me to improve so quickly even if that was their own plan? I honestly don't know

Dr. Clancy and the entire team are great. I was referred with carpel tunnel in both wrists. They worked with me on a treatment plan that was easy to understand and follow. After 6 weeks, my symptoms were nearly gone. I’d recommend Ultra to anyone needing physical therapy services. Super friendly, convenient, and fun to work with! Ellie the greeter is also a delight.

The team here has been an immense help in helping to rehab my hip. We really tried hard to avoid surgery but ultimately it was the best option, and since then (August) they have been so great at rehabbing. I highly recommend Ultra to friends and coworkers all the time.

Very thankful for Dr Clancy and her team. Not only do they provide the specialized care that I need to recover; they are amazing humans who put their hearts into all that they do. They've been by my side every step of the way, including dear Ellie, the clinic's resident pup. Visiting the clinic has become a highlight of my week; I may never leave, even once I'm 200% better!

I had 20 sessions at Ultra Physical Therapy after surgery on my left wrist. Eli, my physical therapist, was encouraging and knowledgeable. I liked the picture and written instructions he gave me at each session to take home. This made it easy to exercise at home. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs physical therapy. It made all the difference to me and my recovery. I will continue the exercises Eli gave me to continue the strengthening of my wrist.
