UHS Primary Care - Owego

Been my primary care for years and they have taken very good care of me. Never guessing what I need and ensuring thorough evaluations. My FNP is Stephen Scarseth and I highly recommend him.

I feel like a person and the doctor, nurse and the staff made my appointment simple and without waiting for long period of time. Plus my questions were answered and explained to me in term I understood

We walked in to get flu shots. Check-in was fast, and we only waited about 15 minutes to get vaccinated. Everyone was kind and efficient.

No excuse for incorrect hours listed in three places. Looked up. Google and the uhs website as well as their own door have conflicting hours apparently all of them wrong. Waste half hour. Now I have to waste more time to go back and more time on the phone to even find out when they feel like being open that day. There was another person there waiting outside confused. They told them to be there at 745 for their appointment. They apparentlydont open till 8. Sure it sounds pretty. But don't be 20 min or an hour late to a Drs apt or you'll get charged and told you have to reschedule. If they aren't able or willing to correct published colours or even take the wrong ones off their front window makes me question other non visible things

Can’t say enough nice things about NP Marissa Mach! She’s taken care of all my issues, no matter how small; some I’d even forgot about until she brought it up again during the follow up. Always so thoughtful and professional. Highly recommend!

This is my primary. I see Steven Scarseth. He's always kind and you can tell he truly cares about his patients.

NP Scarseth got me into the practice quickly and got me started on a path with neurology for my back issues. Much appreciated!

NP Marissa Mach was rude, condescending, addressed nothing I came to see her for, did not follow up with anything that she promised, and seemed incompetent. She does not listen to your needs. She was dressed very inappropriately. I will not go back.
