UF Health Spine & Sports Intervention Center – Shands Rehab Hospital

Care is exceptional but there needs to be more communication between cate and billing. I was given a knee brace and was advised it would be covered under my insurance. Low and behold 8 months later I receive a huge bill for 1200.00. Next, I call the billing department and was told it was a medical device and usually was not covered. Unbelievable. I will update and adjust rating based on outcome.
