5+ stars for outstanding physical therapist who works 1:1 with patient. Worth the wait to come here. Superb standard of care. My injury is much better now. Thank you! On a separate but related note - UCLA Health billing is a complete nightmare: negative five stars. Billing staff on first contact have been incompetent, slow to respond. The billing & payment are a horror show. It is so terrible to subject your patients to this.

The treatment is amazing. I couldn't rate it higher. But the front office scheduling is a true nightmare. I was on hold yesterday for over an hour trying to schedule follow-up appointments with my PT and finally gave up. Scheduling issues seem to be endemic with UCLA Health Care. I've had similar experiences with other UCLA health care offices as well. UCLA needs to do better!

Amy Luu is a great Amazing OT one of the best my 1 year old daughter has had. She is always on top of things and very educational for me to learn along the way! Thank you Amy and the UCLA rehabilitation center Staff.

Leaving this review because I had to drive to the office to try and change an appointment. Calling this office I’ve never gotten to a representative not once. For the sake of staffing UCLA needs to address this issue.

I was skeptical. The first meeting was an hour long and to me seemed like a waste of time, it was just me talking about why I was there and them doing little tests that seemed worthless. But boy after the first visit did things change. I was there for OT and saw Rebecca. And I exaggerate not when I say that she changed my life and that there isn't enough stars to show my appreciation for her work. After the first visit which allowed her to set benchmarks of what my current abilities were, I was given a series of exercise that not only helped me gain mobility in my hands, but also helped with the pain I was dealing with at that time. Now while I'm dealing with a back injury from my previous job that has me in massive amounts of pain in my back and has even caused pain in my arms, legs, and the sides of my neck and shoulders that even medicines don't help with, Prachi started and Frank in conjuction with Rebecca have taken over putting me through a series of exercises that for the first time have helped to lessen the pain in my body. I still have a ways to go, but I don't doubt that between them I'll be able to get to a point where the pain is manageable. Cant recommend these three enough: -Rebecca -Frank -Prachi 5 stars only cause I can't give more.
