I been with Dr piantanida for 3 or 4 years and he is a very good doctor, he explains things and follow up with your care, and go through steps to find out what going on, he puts me a ease, with his calming and his plan of action.

Have been with the Dr Piantanida for over 12 years wouldn't be with anyone else. Some people have said it's hard to get an appointment, that's what happens when you are good. If you try to get a appointment with a surgeon you're 3 month's out. Thank you Dr Piantanida

I had my first visit with Dr Piantanida last week and I was very happy with the service, the thoroughness, the way he explained things, and that he was attentive and listened to what I was saying. He took care of my multiple prescriptions and ordered my labs. I was extremely pleased when I receive a message that my labs had been evaluated and reported the next day. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr Piantanida

This location used to be a great place for health care. Now its so overbooked and understaffed that a doctor appointment is scheduled out months. Highly recommend people look elsewhere for their health care needs as this location is basically useless now. It's a shame how downhill UCHealth has gone in the last year. Update: this location is still functionally useless. Appointments are only available 4 months out. I'd still recommend people look to ANY other location before here.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Piantanida yesterday. I am a new patient. He is a very warm and engaging doctor and very thorough. He puts his patients at ease. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Dr. Piantanida. —SL

Dr. Piantanida would be amazing if he would replace his staff. A rock is smarter than they are. Do not go here if you dont want all staff knowing your business and health info to blab to everyone else. Also when you have a procedure done, apparently your supposed to stay in pain. Dr. Piantanida will not fall short on accusing you to be an addict when you ask for a pill for pain. Lastly, they will lie through their teeth. It's never them but always you. Not to mention all the people they have run off for being mean girls. Stephanie and raelene. Rant over. It's your funeral.

An absolute joke. So I went in to get therapy. Should be pretty straight forward. Connect with a therapist, free consultation call to feel each other out to see if you would be a good fit for therapy. If it doesn’t work out, get referred to a different therapist. However, here’s what happened. I had to come to the center to get a consultation visit from a nurse not the therapist. Had to pay $50 to sit down for 15 minutes to talk about why I was seeking help. Then I had to come in again to see the therapist. Which I was greatful for, thinking to myself, “sweet now I can get help”. Had to pay another $50. The therapist then sat me down and wanted me to talk about why I was seeking help to see if we would be a good fit. I talked for about 30 minutes only for her to say, “oh yeah I’m not actually that kind of therapist so I would need to refer you to someone else.” Are you kidding? She had my notes from the nurse, knew exactly what my issue was. So essentially all that time was wasted. She then looked up on google who could provide the right kind of care for me. Wanna know how much that visit cost? Costs $95, for 30 minutes and a google search. Later, I get another bill for $270 it doesn’t say anything on the statement what’s it’s for, just I have to pay it. So I now owe UC health $365.60 for some reason? Please don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.

To many patients for Dr. to care about each, and subpar care and frankly staff is cold. You never get direct access to office, and they rarely return concerns, and do not expect quick or even sort of soon appts. They ship you out to Urgent Care and ER because they are to busy…”thats what we do with overflow”… Keep looking for better care.
